Culvers has become one of our top 5 restaurants of all time & our number 1 fast casual. The employees are always cheerful & pleasant. The restaurants appearance inside & out is always clean & most of all the food is excellent. I can not give enough praise how much I love Culvers.

It was high priced for fast food, I wasn't driving so I didn't have a choice. We used the drive thru, I did run in and used the restroom and inside was nice and clean but there was only one one person eating there, where the drive thru had a line.

This location has a racket where they intentionally steal from their customers. They ring in all burgers as DOUBLE burgers even when you clearly say that you want a SINGLE burger. This has happened the last two times I've eaten at this location. I don't know if its the manager's scheme or the owner's scheme to steal like this from customers but its disgusting. Stealing from your customers to try and drive revenue by a couple bucks an order it sounds absurd when I type it but its EXACTLY what's happening at this location. Its totally illegal to do this by the way so I hope the owner and manager get their act together. I have also complained directly to corporate about this restaurant. The owner of this location doesn't deserve to own a culvers when he's trying to STEAL from his customers. Completely outrageous. I would rate negative stars for this location if possible.
