I love the veggie burger at culver. It is my go to burger as a vegetarian since there are not many outlets for veg burgers. There veggie patty is huge and delicious. I found it that the more they cook the patty the yummier it gets.

The food was brought to our table fresh fried frozen. The staff are kids that are more focused on sicializing than their job at hand. Not sure why uncooked and unsafe food was served to a customer. Sure they took it back and cooked right the 2nd time. Bad customer experience at this specific Culver's. It doesn't. After when your wife's plate has to je redone and ypir food sits and goes cold because they can't do things right at this culvert. I won't be back to this one.

I keep hearing about how awesome their burgers are, but every single time I go it's the driest burger I've ever had. I got the Pub Burger, but they didn't have pretzel buns, gave me cheddar cheese instead of American, and it was awful. Burger was dry. Smashburgers are supposed to be juicy. I've written this before in other reviews of other Culver's and apparently that's how they make burgers. Really, really dry.
They did have the best onion rings I've had in a long time though.

Very clean. I did go in kinda late and the kids there were more concerned with their conversation and closing than customers. Ordered a meal and dessert and they only brought the food. When I went up for my ice cream they had made it but never brought it and it was half melted. Food was average. Service was slightly below average. Place was spotless

I dont understand how hard it is to get someones good right. This is the second time in less then 2 weeks my order has been messed up. This is not the Culver's standard.... esp me being a former employee from Wisconsin. Yall need a training on reading tickets, this is not a DBL CB with mayo bacon and pickle. This is a DBL CB deluxe.... and no bacon.
