I order uber eats from this location at least 4 days a week usually more. I have had a problem with sending my cheese sauce. I know it’s only $1.19 but times 3 and they have missed it enough with me having to fight for a refund from uber eats that it’s so unacceptable and when I finally talked to an assistant manager today I was blown off like it wasn’t their problem.The cheese sauce is the only reason I order from them. Just understand that if you order from uber eats, DoorDash any of them, they don’t have your back and don’t care about you as a customer they blame Uber which I pointed out they don’t pack the bag and it was sealed. If they screw up you have to go through the trouble of getting a refund from Uber. They just lost not only a customer from that store I will never dine at any of the locations they have ever again and will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Want to start off by saying the manager Ross there is unbelievable, the guy treats you with such respect and always smiling and runs a great ship, we had the double burger with cheese all the way it was phenomenal and then finish it off with a banana split that he custom makes for me every time me and my wife come there ! I highly recommend the Culver's in Town & Country on West Hillsborough Avenue 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️
