For hotel food it was decent, for restaurant food it was lacking. They auto include 12% gratuity and still ask for more tip at the end. That was weird.Food was quite spicy for mild.Title says vegan but is not a vegan place.Server was great and I appreciate the service.

So the food is on the spicy side which is common for Indian food. The mild is definitely a medium to medium hot. Got the Chana Masala vegan and it was tasty and delivered within 10 minutes. Service overall was attentive. The ratings on here are not what I experienced and it was a lovely meal.

My first time here and my wow never again. The food was absolutely terrible. Will never return here again. The service was even worst. The server was in her feelings cuz I told her the food was horrible. She didn’t want to give me a refund then got mad when I ordered drinks instead. Here is the warning do not eat here it’s terrible. However the atmosphere is pretty nice. The can cokes and beers were great.

The order takes more than 30 minutes to serve. The clerk never smiled and hard to understand her English. Serve chicken tanduri with 3 slice of green pepper on the bed of onion. Who eats 5 pieces of chicken without anything to go unless you order extra sides. Never explained the menu. Requested for rice but looks like it will take another 30 minutes before I get it so had to cancel. The meal is so pricy. In fairness the chicken smells good as it is served on sizzling platter. The guy took over my order, thank goodness otherwise I will probably will not serve. Again, since am visiting the place, the following morning picked up soda from the ref, she just told me to pay at the reception with a straight face. This is hospitality industry, please assign competent and pleasant server.

I recently dined at Curry N Vegan, situated in the lobby of Holiday Inn on West Shore Blvd. The food arrived promptly, exuding warmth and sumptuous flavors. The Sambhar, though a tad spicy, added a delightful kick to the meal. The waitress was incredibly accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. A satisfying culinary adventure at this hidden gem.?

How do you people have ther nerves the put "vegan" on the name of your restaurant and serve all meats on it. What a disaster this place is. This is straight up dishonesty. Go to curry leaves, which is not a vegan place but has amazing vegan indian food options and is not straight up lying to people.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn and noticed they had a restaurant across the lobby with a bar. The restaurant offers Indian food, while the bar offers American food. Once I ordered at the bar the waitress went outside of the restaurant/ bar area to retrieve my food. She brought it back in takeout boxes and a bag. I found that setup to be odd. I brought the food back to my room. I had the butter chicken with rice and garlic naan. Everything tasted ok. The butter chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste. The separation of the water or oil on top of the butter chicken concerned me a bit because it was as if it had been sitting for a long time without movement enough to separate. The garlic naan was very garlicky. Price point was fair.

They list out what is vegan, but then when you order it, the item can contain dairy! So I ordered vegan curry and it came with a milk dessert. Also it stated it was gluten free but came with naan and deep fried cauliflower. Even if the food tastes okay, I wouldn't take my chances. At the end of our meal, the waiter even said to us "tastes like Indian food, right?" Which completely shocked me. Do they not even know what they are making?Dietary restrictions: They state what is vegan/ gluten free however it means nothing as we received both non vegan and non gluten free food.

Accessed from the Holiday Inn hotel lobby, it looks like a normal hotel bar but they have some seriously good curry! I had the spinach and tofu, so flavorful without being overwhelmingly rich, and perfect medium spice level. Was also served some amazing fried cauliflower wings and chutney, wasn't expecting it but so good!

I never had food with so much oil. There was more oil than curry and meat. Furthermore, the lamb was not tender. I just decided to try the meal but it was a disappointment. The oil was so much that the lamb and curry was sunken. The Australian lady that took the order was great.

I ordered my meal spicy 4 out 5 but, it came bland. Zero spice. I wasn’t impressed. I won’t be going back.

I bought take out food, the server spent 20 seconds with me but they still added 12% to my check as a tip. That charge is a rip off!!!
