Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I had a very bad experience at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered a banana split, but they gave me something completely different. When I checked it, there was no banana at all in the dessert. When I asked the staff about it, they still insisted that it was a banana split, even though it clearly wasn’t.

On top of that, the staff were very rude to my wife. Instead of trying to fix the mistake or helping us politely, they spoke to her disrespectfully and even closed the drive-thru window right in her face while she was talking.

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. If customers are paying for something, they should at least receive the correct item and be treated with basic respect. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff better. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

MY HUSBAND AND I CAME UP HERE TO GET TWO BLIZZARDS HE GOT ONE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH WITH SPRINKLES AND CHERRY COATING AND MY BLIZZARD CONSISTS OF SNEAKERS AND HEATH BAR AND IT IS SO GOOD THE STAFF HERE ARE AMAZING THERE WAS NO LONG WAIT THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY GENEROUS AND HAD A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WILL BE BACK AND THE BLIZZARDS ARE THE BOMB

Regardless of your religion or whereyouarefrom, . Bathing should be a priority when running a food establishment. The odor in there is unbearable. I won't be ordering anything from them anymore.

We stopped by the drive thru of this location on Fletcher Ave we were extremely satisfied with our visit. The young man at the window was so friendly and worked quickly. We will return.

I ordered a custom holiday cake from this LOCATION ON FLETCHER IN TAMPA based on their featured Christmas design shown on the website, complete with specific writing and decorations requested.Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The store had no decorator available that day, despite my order being placed in advance. I called at least five times to confirm pickup timing and was repeatedly assured it would be fully decorated by 5 PM.When I arrived, the cake was far from ready—it was poorly decorated, with messy icing and none of the requested details executed properly. It appeared the owner had attempted to decorate it himself, resulting in a sloppy finish. To make matters worse, the cake tasted awful.This ruined our holiday dessert, leaving us without anything special for Christmas after spending a significant amount. A complete waste of money.I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from here, especially for important occasions. No chocolate and no cookie. Just a freaking mess... Horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

SInce I wrote this review I responded to their response and they said they could not help me. Why the hell did they tell me to respond? Another issue and a waste of my time. Buyer beware.

I just LUV me some Georgia Fudge Mud Blizzarrrrrds! The service is questionable , sometimes nice sometimes rude.

LEFT FROM A DQ 10 MIN AWAY FROM LACK OF SERVICE, AND WENT TO THIS ONE THAT WAS OUT OF OUR WAY, EVEN WITH BEING TIRED FROM BUSCH GARDENS. THIS PLACE WAS QUICK, PACKED THE FOOD WITH CARE AND NEATNESS, HAD EVERYTHING ACCURATE, AND WAS SUPER NICE. THE MAIN MAN, MAYBE OWNER, WAS SUPER DUPER NICE AND ASKED IF WE WERE LOCALS, AND SHARED A FLYER FOR THEIR SEPT 15 FIRE RESCUE COPS N CONES, CONES FOR KIDDOS FREE WITH POLICE AND FIRE RESCUE! HE SAW MY FIVE KIDDOS AND WANTED THEM TO COME. IF I WAS IN TOWN, I DEF WOULD HAVE COME AND SUPPORTED. HE WAS SO SO PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. I WILL BE BACK THERE WHEN WE GO TO BUSCH GARDENS! VERY CLEAN TOO!
