I would give 0 if I could. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!! I got no french fries with my combo meal, no salt on my soft pretzel sticks, no queso to go with my soft pretzel sticks, no fudge swirled in with my blizzard that I paid extra for, and my hot food was ice cold. I will never go here again. It’s a shame of a Dairy Queen. It should not even be able to have the name Dairy Queen.Update: I called for other stores to see if they were affiliated or if they would answer their phone and the other four stores answered their phone, but with 30 phone calls 2222 Fletcher still refuses to pick up their phone

Food here is great, but they take too long. All I ordered was one double bacon cheeseburger and it was a 15 minute wait. That's not the reason for the 2 star review. THE REASON for the 2 star review is because I got trapped in their bathroom for 15 minutes and had to call the fire department. The bottom lock was broken so they told me to use just the top lock, so I did. The only problem was that the top lock got stuck and wouldn't open back up after I locked it. Eventually, I got out on my own after kicking the lock open with my foot, but for this experience, I am rating this location a rightfully earned 2/5 stars. Go here for the food, but if you have to use the bathroom go somewhere else unless you want to be locked in with nobody to help you.

I don't recommend this place!!! I ordered through the drive thru and I seen one of the drive thru staff making my son's blizzard and she LICKED the top of his blizzard!!!! I cussed her out, got my refund and complained to the manager over the phone!! Just Nasty!!

I haven't had Dairy Queen in a very long time. I really enjoyed my lunch from here. Good memories of coming to Dairy Queen with my dad many, many years ago. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely be back.

I had the Alaskan Fish Sandwich and they actually put it in the fryer instead of the Microwave like other chains like to do. It was delishous and Crispy the way it is advertised ! Also they never disappoint with their Blizzards or other ice creams.
