I love the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. That is my go to reason to visit the drive through which for the most part there is hardly a wait. The service is fast. I have never dined in. The only improvement would be for the employees to wear those disposable gloves when handling food for the public. Is that no longer required at fast food joints?

this DQ is my go to place for ice cream however the past two times now that i’ve gone & ordered the EXACT same thing they’ve managed to mess it up. i order the hot coco blizzard that has chocolate ice cream & now both times they’ve given me vanilla. first time i was like “it’s fine, people make mistakes.” but twice now? then when i go to call after the second time they don’t pick up the phone. absolute waste of money & gas.

How do you mess up drive-thru ice cream? Hand us a milkshake that's spilling over the sides without napkins, no lids and the only thing in a bag leaked through before we got home. Sloppy and careless, but hey, it was fast

Miss the one in Dunedin. Oldsmar store didn't have burgers, fries.... Somebody needs to explain why the always very busy store in Dunedin closed.
