The pasta is fresh, yummy and filling. I personally love Momma Rosa and the Bolognese sauces. The breadsticks are also really good. I recommend this place 100% and try the lemon sorbet too! ??

I hate writing negative reviews but this pasta sucks. I got the Rosa mama fettuccine as recommended by the man at the cashier and it was bland. The chicken felt and tasted like canned chicken. The sauce had no seasoning or flavor. For $20? Wiiiild. Will never give them a try again ??♀️ I could get a better meal for less at Olive Garden lol

This pasta was soooo good! Definitely shareable, and I liked that you could customize it (I added red pepper flakes and garlic). The staff was super kind and helpful as well, as we accidentally ordered our food online to the wrong store.

Pasta is not worth the price. Kitchen staff had an attitude when i requested extra sauce because it was not saucy enough. The employee proceeded to make a dirty face at me and have an attitude even after i said thank you. I rather make pasta at home then support a business like this.

I’ve followed this place on IG since before the Tampa location and I was nearly willing to go out of my way to try it, I’m glad I didn’t.When they finally opened in Tampa I was so excited to try it. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed and like many other people I only ate a few bites. My biggest hang up was the unpleasant texture of the pasta. It was very gummy, overcooked and not al dente at all. Al dente is the preferred texture among Italian chefs so that is what I expected from a place that puts heavy emphasis on authenticity. Fresh pasta needs to have exact ingredient measurement and only needs to be dropped in boiling water for 1 or 2 minutes. Even a couple minutes over that will impact the texture.Once I bit into the mushy pasta I hoped that the sauce would redeem it but it was incredibly bland. I tried to make cacio e pepe at home once and it had the flavor but I couldn’t quite get the texture right. This place had the texture but no flavor at all. So I added salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning which didn’t help at all.I still follow them on IG because I’m hoping it was just one bad experience but the texture was so off putting that the next time I try it, it’ll be out of convenience and not because I’m craving it.

Love the food here but had terrible service. Coaster did not buzz and after a while I went to the counter and found my food had been sitting. Instead of proposing a solution the cashier advised she didn’t know what to tell me, and that the buzzers work.
