The brunette woman behind the register was rude to my family and me. She did not greet us when we walked to the front. My dad asked what a bao bun was and she simply stated “a bun”. She had 0 customer service skills and gave a very negative energy. The wings were okay. I wanted to ask her what her recommendation was but her immediate stand off vibe detoured me. 0/10 experience.

It was expensive and the taste was not there. We ordered the bugogi beef and udon noodles. You pay extra for the bugogi but you barely get anything in the dish. The flavor was bland, the extra toppings like bok choy and crunch didn't add to the dish. I'd say not worth it. The chicken wings were just ok. We got an 8 piece of the BBQ chili. Lot of seasoning you could see but still bland somehow. The yum yum sauce was really the only thing that helped the wings. I probably would not come back.

Stood at counter what felt like 10 minutes while nobody acknowledged us, then a cashier takes our order after finishing her personal story to another co worker, we had to repeat our order 3 times and it was all wrong. When we picked up the food, she missed items that weren’t entered and we never got the correct order. She was extremely rude and argumentative. We ordered on 11/21 at 5:00ish. Will not go back due to bad service.

The dumplings and baos were amazing. Next time I will try the beef bulgolgi. The yaki udon noodles were awesome, but there was flavor lacking in the whole dish, or maybe I just didn’t care for the fried shallots, which overwhelmed it. On two orders we asked for the garlic pepper sauce on the side, and that did not happen! The bubble tea was awesome. Take out and sit by the water in the public area. So awesome.

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The employee (female) who helped me (Sunday evening) was not pleasant and came across as unfriendly. On top of that, I was charged extra for “light ice” without being told beforehand. I only noticed after looking at the receipt. After I addressed it, she told it was on a screen. What?!!! I thought a communication between customers and employees is the key. Customers should be informed of extra charges upfront, and service should be delivered with a more welcoming attitude. The food and the boba tea was good!
