I ordered the steamed dumplings and stir fried noodles bowl
Dumplings we , fair , quality was good, but not much flavor
Noodle bowl was disappointing, large and overcooked in my opinion
I had to get extra hot sauce for any type of flavor
Again, staff was very nice, food was fresh, just not much flavor

I ordered two bulgogi bowls. I lived in Korea, and these bowls were not bulgogi—they were just steak on top of rice.

If you want the best pork dumplings this is your spot, this place is as authentic as it gets. Friendly staff and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Yakiudon was not good. Borderline inedible. It was so sweet I almost threw it away.

Absolutely amazing! 10/10 service, food and taste. Every time I have to come downtown this is my only stop. The mango tea with lychee jelly and pork dumplings are my go to. 10 stars

On 4/11/25 at 2:15 pm my husband complained about his double fried Korean wings & chicken Bao buns. My husband doesn’t eat beef nor pork, so when he says “the Bao buns are not chicken” he’s usually right. Also, if the chicken wings are still pale covered with sauce , then they’re probably not “double fried”. The server at the Escape Brewery location, Trinity FL stated the double fried Korean chicken wings are NOT actually double fried and only a Korean sauce is used. When my husband asked for a refund he was told a manager was not on shift & no refunds are allowed with the manager off duty. The server did not offer to re make the dishes. The expectation was for my husband to “eat” their mistake. So, out of disappointment my husband returned the $18.00 food without a refund. Hopefully he doesn’t get sick from consuming what looked like beef or pork Bao buns and pale chicken wings. I do NOT recommend this vendor at the Escape Brewery.

Anyone who knows anything about Korean food please don’t eat here. Some people should really just stay in their lanes. Just make plain American burgers and chicken wings please. Don’t insult an entire cuisine by passing this off as Korean. I won’t be surprised if you bought and served us Publix chicken wings. It’s very obvious that you didn’t double fry them. You also probably bought store pickles and dipped them in water before serving them. It’s not that hard to cube and lightly pickle your own cucumbers. Please find another cuisine for your restaurant that you actually know how to cook well.
