Yesterday, Friday morning, the restaurant was not packed, but the kitchen was extremely behind on orders. I was seated, and the waiters never came back to get my order. Customers that arrived after me were getting their order taken while I was still waiting on the waitress. I decided to order my food on the app, and it even took longer to get my food. When my food finally was finished, the older lady that was preparing my food to go called my name, and when I grabbed my food, she just snatched it out of my hand saying is not ready after she called my name. The only thing it was missing were the utensils. I told her it was my order. I have been waiting for an hour to get my order since they didn't attend me at the table and it didn't matter if the utensils were in the bag.I just wanted to go and eat my food that's when she let go of the bag. I usually don't eat at this Dennys. It is going to be a while to go back to this location.. Not everyone is going to experience what happened to me, but the food is still good at this restaurant. I prefer this Dennys restaurant at 2004 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33607. Never had an issue there.

The food was good. The server was awesome (It's a shame that I don't know her name). We've had that server most of the time we go eat here. But this time there was another server yelling at the other employees, speaking then with attitude, and being a smart a** with them! Just very unprofessional! But again this is not all the servers. Everyone handled themselves professionally. I am proud of the cook for standing up to "this server"! So for the server who took care of us and for the ones who remained calm. Keep up your great customer service!

The service was excellent when the server saw that I was handicapped he sent me in a booth that was close to the restroom and close to the door then I can't see very good and so I pointed something and then he told me what it was and it was different than what I thought it was and what I and I told him how I wanted it and I didn't get it how would it it was the way I got it was better than now and I was really impressed I was very impressed with the server he's probably the best I have ever had and I'm done thank you very much the the server's name was Gary
