How disappointing. We drove here believing this was a Dickey's restaurant. Big let down. Only sandwiches. No dinner plates. We hope the other locations are not like this!

Food was awful the macaroni and cheese was a soup. The brisket had no flavor and the brisket sandwich was cold and inedible. Very disappointed i like to try new places this was not worth repeating.

I ordered a large catering package from Dickeys Barbecue on Columbus Dr in Tampa today. These people never delivered my order. No phone call, no excuse. Was told they just couldn’t complete the order even though it had been confirmed. You don’t deserve to stay in business when you treat customers like this.

Wish I had a good experience, ordered chicken , Mac and cheese and baked beans got 2 Mac and cheese also chicken was super cold , think they gave me turkey to be honest and didn’t get my soft drink …. Wouldn’t recommend whole order was just like here take this we close soon

I ordered two platters, both with two meats, for pickup. I paid extra for extra sides of sauce. I get home and notice I’m missing the extra sauce and that I was only given two containers of meat instead of four. I call back tell them they forgot my food get told to come back in 20 mins. I can’t believe that I drove back only to be told that they weighed it out and I was given the correct amount. If that is the case the portions are for toddlers. I would not go here again even if it was a last resort.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.Took over an hour, I spent over 250$ and got enough food for three people. Their response was "Dickey's portions are smaller, sorry!" What a joke!!! Their website say feeds 6-8 people.had to come back to edit, the food they did send literally looked like subway chicken!!! cold and terrible. My 10 week old son could make better brisket
