Domino's Pizza in Tampa

“Even though my order was incorrect JOE the manager that delivered my food was awesome about it! He has excellent customer service skills! He is so personable! You can tell he just loves what he does as far as interacting with the customers and making them happy! Y’all need to give that man a raise!“

“I generally rate Domino's relative to other Domino's, Papa John's to other Papa Johns, etc.
This is one of the best ones I have been to.
Very busy Friday night, but the restaurant was still spotless, and even though they had been hit with a bunch of orders the staff was composed, professional, and polite.

“I haven't been to Domino's in years and after I received a flyer in the mail showing the NY style pizza, I decided to give it a try. I called the south Tampa location and placed my order with a robot. My order was taken accurately and was very easy. The food was ready when the robot said and it was great! The NY style pizza is really good! The crust is thin and the sauce and cheese were excellent. I also ordered baked plain wings which were outstanding. For dessert I tried the chocolate lava cakes and I am in love! I am so glad I tried Domino's again and will most definitely go back....a lot!
Also, the employee that assisted me was very nice and personable, I didn't ask his name but he was part of my great experience.“

“Either Friday or Saturday me and my kids came in to order some pasta and wings, we've ordered before, but this time it was just absolutely great!! Rose has an amazing personality and wonderful customer service, she's bilingual big plus, our order was missing some utensils and a pizza but it was understandable we had a big order, we came back in, and not only did she immediately assisted us, she brought it out to our car and apologized for the inconvenience, it was her face expressions and compassion for us! Keep that one she was excited about cleaning my daughter was laughing so hard it definitely reassured us that this place is being not only cleaned but also customers are being taken care of with passion!!

Parking: Not too many parking spaces so if there were customers dining in and drivers there you might have to run in and run out.

Kid-friendliness: Clean enough for the children bathroom was just cleaned, it looked brighter and smelled freshly cleaned, thinking about it that's probably why Ms.Rose was excited about cleaning hahaha good young lady god bless her!“

“S/O to this location Domino’s location on Cross Creek. They are always nice, professional, and consistent. Been going to this location for 5 years and never had an any issues to my orders. I had to make sure they were recognize for their great customer service. Football is back and what a way to kick start it off with the 50% off everything. My kids and I had to run it back - the viral Domino’s pizza!! You can never go wrong!!!“

“They messed up my order on a Saturday night but who cares. The manager or fellow friend on the other side of line was so nice and got us a pizza we didn’t even technically order. Literally the best dominos in the state of Florida. People make mistakes. How you correct those mistakes is all that matters. Thank you! Sorry for making you deliver another pizza 😬“

“So we go here and you know I'm ordering from my mom and my mom's talking on the phone and she's explaining to the guy what we wanted and how we wanted it she goes to tell the guy that she bought a New York Pizza somewhere else and it came burned and so she was like please make sure it's not burnt and the guy that was there was like no ma'am he goes I love my job too much and I love food too much so he's like I wouldn't feed you something that I wouldn't need and he did just that he made the pizza the way my mom wanted it with extra cheese and not 1 Burnt piece of pizza we give them

“Convenient location in a part of town filled with overpriced options; a welcome choice for those needing a quick and budget-friendly choice. Two (2) large hand toss 6-Plus topping pizzas in less than 15 minutes and under 20 bucks with their Nationwide $9.99 special @7:30 p.m. on a Sunday! (there was a lightning game going on, but no other Riverwalk activities going on to our knowledge). Pizza was piping hot, correct toppings, staff was polite & efficient. The only reason I gave a 4-star for food quality, there was a "bald spot" on one of the pizzas and given the number of toppings they should have been a little bit better evenly spread, but everything still delicious. A well-deserved 5star overall!! Take advantage of the 9.99 deal before it expires this weekend (3/02?)!!

“So I had ordered online the new viral pizza with the garlic pharm sauce . For some reason I put extra! Omg when I recived the pizza it was soo gross . I called the store the next morning and spoke with I believe Jacob. He listened to my request and with no hesitation he replaced my pizza! The second go around was absolutely amazing!!! The cut the cheese the freshness !!! The whole pizza was gone in minutes!!! Thank you Fletcher location!“

“I usually order from this Domino’s, and they always deliver great quality and fast service. This last time, I forgot to bring cash for a tip and felt really bad about it. However, the young man who brought the pizza to my car absolutely made my day! He was so energetic, polite, and full of good manners. He wished me a good night and hoped I’d enjoy my pizza—it was such a small gesture, but it made me feel so welcome. It’s so important to have people like him representing the business. I wish I could praise him directly—he truly deserves it!“
