I am so disappointed with the staff and the manager, at the 320 E Cass St. location..I placed my order at 10:30pm with a live person.. I received a damaged pizza, as if maybe it had been dropped… I ask the driver what happened, he stated he didn’t drop it or knew what happened, but asked if I was going to called to the store…I told him that I would called.. I spoke with a male, that answered and explained to him that I received my pizza, broken up and flipped in the box, and told him that the driver was still here… he ask if I wanted store credit or he can make another one.. I chose to make another one… I never did receive my order, called back, this time and spoke with the manager, he stated he doesn’t see that another pizza was coming back out, but not to worry, he will have it remade and sent out…it’s 1:00am of course I never received my order.. this location is a bunch of lying workers that doesn’t care about .. about first impressions and last impressions, Thanks for the damage pizza, that I paid for but didn’t get to eat it..

Waited nearly an hour and a half and never got my pizza. Best of luck to you if you are brave enough to roll the dice with this location. Maybe you’ll get your food and maybe you won’t.
I wish the pizza was as welcoming as the crew that was working. Pizza was no more than a school pizza, lacking cheese, sloppy sauce, limited burnt pepperoni. Only ordered one pizza, just because I wanted to try this Dominos out, despite the LOW reviews on Google. One of the worst pizzas I have had in years. DOMINOS PLEASE DO BETTER!

My 4 friends and I walked in 5 minutes after closing and the manager Danny opened everything back up for us, made us a large cheese pizza and only charged us half the price. He was extremely friendly and respectful while making us our order.
