My first negative Google review: After seeing the Stuffed Crust advertisement on TV, I was eager to try it. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, one of the two pizzas was incorrect. To my disappointment, the missing pizza was the Stuffed Crust I was looking forward to, and instead, I received a hand-tossed pizza with different toppings (I believe it was beef, green pepper, and onion? I didn't like it...where was my pepperoni?).
I called the store to see if I could get the correct pizza delivered since that was the main reason for my order. I was informed that the wait time would be 90 minutes to 2 hours due to the current volume. They offered me a credit for my next order.
This was pretty poor service. Since you guys made a mistake with the order, I believe you should have tried to immediately rectify it. I accepted the credit, not wanting to argue, but this experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth (and not just because of the unexpected toppings)

I usually order from this Domino’s, and they always deliver great quality and fast service. This last time, I forgot to bring cash for a tip and felt really bad about it. However, the young man who brought the pizza to my car absolutely made my day! He was so energetic, polite, and full of good manners. He wished me a good night and hoped I’d enjoy my pizza—it was such a small gesture, but it made me feel so welcome. It’s so important to have people like him representing the business. I wish I could praise him directly—he truly deserves it!

I order from here once a month and have never had any issues in the past. Recently had a problem with one and Brian called me back within 20 minutes of leaving my feedback and made it right. The pizza always tastes great and my kid loves it. Thanks Brian!

Do not got to this location. Customer service is absolutely terrible, and the manager is unprofessional, extremely rude, and very racist. Had a family member walk into the store just to order pizza and was told to leave the store if they could not speak very good English and they were kicked out of the store. Absolutely disgusting behavior and the manager should be ashamed. We spoke on the phone and tried to help them order, in English, and the manager used profanity against us and told them to still leave the store. Terrible.

Disgusting customer service. The American middle aged lady upfront told us to leave for not being perfectly fluent in English and told us that she wouldn’t serve us because we also speak Spanish. I’ve never been through a more racist situation in my life.
I ordered chicken on my pizza, and there were maybe 10 small pieces of chicken on it. I paid extra for it and got less than 1/2 of the amount I should have. What the heck Domino's

Do not go here! Lousy manager, seriously rude and nasty! I've already contacted corporate office! Go work somewhere else if you hate your job! There are so many more pizza places to go to, so try something else! Rude, obnoxious employees are unacceptable! This Domino's got a great rating from us years ago...what happened!!???? Owner needs to know!
