One hour to receive my pizza, I called and a manager attended me on December 18, 2024 at 7:30 pm and a liar, rude, arrogant, he didn't even let me speak and hung up on me, racist, in that store Latinos are not welcome

So they forgot to cut the pizza and the cheesy bread. Didn't taste bad but at least remember to cut the pizza need to make sure nobody's in the smoking 🚠please remember to cut the pizza and bread was a hassle ðŸ˜

The new call center to place an order is Horrible. I’ve uses it now twice and both times the order was wrong. What ever happened to speaking to a person at the sgore?? No more Dominos for this famiky.
Ordered via app, stated 24-37 minutes for delivery over an hour past that time called store to cancel manager stated this is ongoing & no help from GM and if I wanted at certain time I needed to call. Than delivery driver called me to YELL at me for canceling cause he was now at my hotel. Mind you pizza was in QC for 45 minutes. Driver was pissed off that I canceled order! After this experience I will NEVER do business with Dominoes!

4 times in a row with the carside carry out app, on point. I barely have to put my car in park before these gentleman are outside, slinging pies. Every time it's been a different associate, so I know it's being run well. Good job!
