This is my first time ordering at this location and I’ve been ordering from Dominoes since I was in College. HANDS DOWN worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. And what baffles me is that the guy that was rude is THE MANAGER! His name is Steven!!! Go anywhere except this location!!!!

I pickup from this Dominos at least twice a week, and they have it ready so quickly that I wait until I'm otw to place the order. The staff is always in a great mood, and the food is always hot, fresh, and yummy! I ordered delivery tonight and it made it here faster than I could have picked it up. Streaming hot right out of the oven! And the driver was as awesome as the kitchen staff! Thanks guys! You rock!

I recently had the best experience with this location. Hands down. James, the GM of this location, demonstrated prime service with empathy and kindness. I will absolutely will be choosing Domino's over pizza hut just because of this. Because I now know that management and the team will have my back if something goes wrong. Unmatched service, Kind & Friendly, and most importantly delicious. Shout out to the team as well. And to those who may have mishaps to their order, yelling solves absolutely nothing. We all make mistakes. Give kindness and you will get kindness back with these guys.

My friend just picked up a pizza curbside at this location and the manager upon walking up to her car immediately displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. The first words he said to her were “be more considerate”, amongst other things said. There was also a mention of him refusing service to her and at one point used profanity towards her after she asked him multiple times to walk away to deescalate the situation. Evidently he was upset about delivering the pizza to her car curbside in a sprinkle of rain. However, this level of customer service is unacceptable, he made her feel extremely uncomfortable.

Placed an order @dominos's pizza on Florida Ave. which came up to close to $100 and paid over the phone. 1st the driver came to the door asking for 40 something dollars, when it was paid for over the phone, 2nd she didn't have all the items ordered. I cancelled the order. Alol they could say was that it's a call center and it's there fault.

If you want good domino’s pizza look somewhere else! Had a baby shower and ordered Buffalo chicken pizza, Philly cheesesteak pizza and Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza along with the cheese breadsticks. When I tell you it tasted like cardboard I’m giving a compliment… there was next to NO sauce on the pizzas, on the Buffalo Chicken I could literally count the pieces of chicken on the entire pie on one hand and the Philly, maybe 6 if you count the one piece split in half by the pizza cutter. The pizza and bread was ice cold despite me getting to the store as it came up ready in the app. To top all of it off I waited nearly 10 mins for them to simply bring it to the car. To say I was disappointed and angry is an understatement. I spent $80 on pizza that I could have spent $30 on at little Caesar’s. If you want overpriced cardboard pizza go here. If you want good pizza find another domino’s!
I'll say the sandwich was good but they need to clean the screens that they cook the pizzas on with clean water and then dry them completely. Sour tasting and gross. I can taste dirty dish water in the crust. The pan pizza I ordered was also undercooked. It was too soft. No crispness at all. I had to put the pizza in the oven so it was edible. Also tasted sour from the dirty wet screens that the pizzas ride on through the oven . I know what I'm talking about. I use to work at a Dominoes and I had to show the manager that the sinks had to be cleaned frequently and the screens had to be dry for best pizza and so that they would crisp up. He agreed. Thank you.
