I get to the location 10 minutes after the app said my pizza was ready. When I pull up to the window, they can't find my order. When I told the person the app said it was ready, he said he doesn't trust the app. I ask for an estimated time of when it will be ready and he can't say because he doesn't know where it is in the process - if the ticket has been printed or if it's in the oven. Been eating at this location since 2008 and almost order every week for our staff and family. Being a regular the staff always took care of us. Being a vegan 30% of the times there was problems with the order. They would always fix it. Today i placed in an order online and i made a typo error of adding ham to my vegan order.
