Ordered online to pickup in store. App said pizzas done at 11:04. Went in to pick up and didn't leave location until 11:38. Come to find out they finally realized that the pizzas were done and had been sitting there the entire time. Seemed like only one person in there out of the 3 actually knew what they were doing. Got home and pizzas were cold and not even CUT! I only live 3 miles away. Salad was an absolute joke for 8.99. NEVER AGAIN!!

This location is horrible!! Placed an order it got marked as delivered and taken back to the store because the manger CHRIS said the driver is old and couldn’t see ! Sent back out a cold order and didn’t put my credit in. This isn’t the first issue I have had while Chris is there he is very rude and doesn’t know how to run a shift ! The other managers say they can’t do anything about it I need to call when he is in !! Horrible customer service

placed an order for some lava cakes. 20 min later i get a notification that the driver John is in his way. few min later- got a call from delivery guy that said he had dropped my food and they would make new ones. one hour later food still not here, call the number that called me and no answer, call the store and no answer! worst customer service ever
