I placed a order on o3/22/2024. I was told 20 to 30 minutes. Waited 25 before going to pick it up. When I got there it said my order was in prep stage still. There were several customers there wondering what was taking so long. Paid for my order while waiting. 20 mins later my order was still in prep. Saw it changed to bake. In the mean time another customer placed the same order as mine. When my order came up ready. I saw one of the delivery driver take my order my order and give it to the customer that was mad about how long it was taking. The driver didn't look at the ticket or check the order, just handed it to him. Needless to say I got VERY MAD. Went to the register and had them refund my money and left.i will never order from domino's again. Pizza hut and hungry Howie will get my business. The employees at this domino's don't know their back end from a hole in the ground! Except for the 2 working prep. They were ok. The delivery driver should be terminated for incorrect procedure and over stepping his authority.

I placed my order at the drive-thru at 7:05. It is currently 7:54 and my pizza is not ready. They told me it would only take 10 minutes. They just told me one of my pizzas was just put in the oven ? and it would take another 5 to 10 minutes to get my pizza. I ordered one cheese pizza and one mushroom pizza and a crazy bread

Placed orders @7:22pm this evening stated 45-55min for deliver When order was placed .9:20pm and order hasn’t been delivered called store .and pretty much blew me off .poor customer service .will spend my $$ else where.

Couldn't do an order for cash delivery at this location for any thing over $50!!! Lololol clowns..good business plan. So you just lost a $ 70 order from a bunch of people trying to order food.

I ordered pizza at 7:15pm last night and didn’t Receive my food until 9:30. I called at 9p to ask where my order was and she said we delivered to the wrong place. She told me that it would be another 25 minutes before I received it. She said if I still want or if I was over it she would refund my money. She never called me to tell me anything about order. She didn’t care that it took almost 3 hours for my order. I love dominoes but this is the worse customer experience I ever had at dominoes. I will never ? order here again.

The website wouldn't let me rate anything but the online experience :((, but apparently my cook's name was Laura and my driver's name was Bruce, my food tasted delicious (kudos Laura) and Bruce was a super nice driver, followed the delivery instructions to a T!!! 5/5 stars for both of them!!

Hands down the worst Dominos I've ever ordered from. According to the tracker, your order waits 20 minutes after cooking for the delivery driver to even pick it up. Wings are soggy, the skin & fat do not render down at all. Maybe they microwave them? Pizza cold upon delivery. A big fat D- from me.

The owner of this establishment doesn’t even look like he knows what he’s doing. Extremely unprofessional attitude. He walks around like he’s high in mighty and need a remind everyone where this dominos is, in the highest crime area in the Brandon area. So you would think his attitude would be a little bit better. And then his employees look like they don’t even enjoy their job , they all looks over this place.

I used to love Dominos and still do. What I don't care for is the lack of customer service. I order with them frequently and a few weeks ago placed a order for over $50. I was missing some items and I called just to get a refund for the items I didn't receive. Weeks and weeks later...still NO refund and I've spoken with someone 3 times. I definitely wouldn't recommend. Smh

Rude answering service hangs up in your face. If you call back they hang up on you again. It is not the store. That’s the problem. It’s the calling center that picks up the calls. They’re rude and disrespectful. You can’t even talk to a supervisor to complain about the person who thinks that they are in their rights to just hang up on you because they didn’t like that. I wanted to speak to the driver to give him directions because he was calling me. Instead of explaining to me how to reach the driver, she hung up . I had a talk with the driver and he explained to me that it’s a calling service that picks up the calls it has nothing to do with the location itself.

Sent the email below to the owner 7 days ago and haven't received a response.We usually have very good experiences with the food and service. The past probably 7 times we have placed an order, the same item (buffalo sauce) has been left off a pizza. While we have enjoyed the free pizzas for the trouble, we would appreciate what we ordered more so. That is a minor concern as to why I am contacting you today. I was home alone when our delivery was made. I was first caught off guard since the tracker said it was still at the store. When I noticed on the ring camera I was confused why the driver didn't drop the pizzas off since it was a contactless delivery. I got my pizzas from him and he proceeded to preach to me, asking me if I were to die today if I know I would be going to Heaven or not. As you can imagine, being a woman home by myself and having an unknown man at my door talking about me dying today was pretty concerning. My husband came home as I shut the door and asked what was wrong, seeing that I was visibly scared.I called the store and spoke to Duane, the manager. I first brought up the buffalo sauce missing. He offered to remake it or credit the account. He had no response when I questioned why this has happened multiple times, and asked if there was a way to actually get what we ordered next time. I remember seeing his name on the majority of our orders under "quality check", but obviously there is no quality check if the same thing continues to happen. When I told Duane about the interaction with the driver, he said "uh okay. I'll talk to the driver". That was it. He didn't even acknowledge that it was inappropriate.We will not be ordering from this location again. I understand that missing our purchases won't affect your business, but I wanted you to be aware of what was happening in your store so you don't continue to lose business.
