Meatballs are definitely not homemade as advertised, Bolognese sauce was average at best and the cheesy garlic bread was just unmelted cheese slices between bread.

I door dash food delivery for them so I came back to try it and wow! The lobster ravioli was delicious! I paired it with the three cheese sauce. Iām going to do the ravioli again and pair it with a different sauce next time! The customer service is always top tier!

Now, letās talk about the foodā¦ I ordered the lobster ravioli, and it was hands-down one of the best dishes Iāve ever tasted. The pasta was perfectly tender, the lobster filling was rich and buttery, and the sauce? Absolutely divineācreamy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite melted in my mouth and made me feel like I was dining in a hidden gem somewhere on the coast of Italy.
Everything screamed authentic Italian. The service was also impeccableāfriendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve.
If youāre a fan of real Italian cuisine, especially seafood dishes done right, do yourself a favor and order some right now. This spot satisfied my craving and then someāIāll definitely be back for more!

I found Don Rigatoni prepares authentic Italian dishes with āhome madeā pasta. Very good food that youāre able to purchase late into the evening. Just be aware that there is no dining offered for patrons. Great food and fast service.

In my situation, the last thing I wanted was to spend time before giving birth trying to argue and fight for a refund for, unfortunately, a bad meal today. In the future, Iāll know that I can call you directly and you will help.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent over an hour in the support chat. I spoke with two representatives, and neither of them was able to provide a clear answer or a proper solution to my issue.
I ordered three dishes from an Italian restaurant, and we couldnāt eat two of them. We were forced to take photos, which we provided, but they still refused to issue a refund for the two inedible dishes.
The first dish was for a child, and it was extremely salty. My child couldnāt eat it. The second dish was for me. I am pregnant and giving birth tomorrow. The pasta was completely dry, as if it wasnāt fresh, as if it had been sitting out for several hours and then delivered to me. This kind of food could potentially cause harm, especially to someone in my condition.
We spent almost $70 on this order. They offered to refund me only $13.40. I find this insulting.
We were left hungry. Again, my child couldnāt eat anything, I am pregnant, and we were essentially robbed of both our money and our food.
They didnāt even explain how they calculated this $13.40 refund. The service was absolutely terrible. They refused to refund more. I find this unacceptable.

What A Ripoff Paid $60 for 2 orders of pasta. One with vegetables only. Served in plastic containers to go (the only option). The food was not even that good at all. Pasta was overcooked and sticky. Creating chunks of glued pasta noodles instead of individual noodles. The sauce tasted like from a can or maybe was sitting for a long time - it definitely did not taste fresh. I cannot recommend this place.
