I hate to leave a bad review because the lady seemed very nice, but I paid $17 for a pasta bolognese and it was inedible. Unfortunately it had no flavor and there was a huge layer of oil sitting on top.. I had to throw it away. I'm not sure about the other dishes on the menu but DEFINITELY do not get the bolognese.

Ordered from Uber. This is NOT handmade nor homemade. A 2 star at best. The sauce was clearly jarred or canned. No flavor, no spices, no love whatsoever. The salad was fresh, but the dressing was clearly not homemade. Same with the bread and empanada where NOT homemade at all. Frozen, soggy, overall.... Meg

I hate to leave this type of review, but the Spaghetti Bolognese completely missed the mark for me. The flavor reminded me more of a canned or ready-to-eat version rather than something freshly made, and it unfortunately didn’t resemble what I would consider an authentic Italian Bolognese. It was a major disappointment.
That said, I truly appreciate the owner reaching out so thoughtfully after my review. Their willingness to explain that the sauce is made in-house from a family recipe—and to offer a refund, a replacement meal, and even a tour of their kitchen—shows a level of care and hospitality that deserves recognition. Customer service like that is rare, and I respect the effort to make things right.
If you’re looking for a classic, hearty Bolognese, I’d still recommend trying places like Olivia or Trattoria Pasquale for comparison. But given the owner’s response, I’m open to giving Don’s another try in the future.

I had such a great experience at Don Rigatoni! The manager took the time to explain everything to me from the story behind the restaurant to the desserts and you could really tell how much passion goes into what they do. The owner was incredibly helpful when it came to ordering and was so personable and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone who worked there was kind and attentive. And the food? Absolutely amazing chef’s kiss! I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place was so flipping tasty! ive always wanted to try squid ink spaghetti because of tomodachi life, and here it flipping was! 🦑 i will say i took a nap after and woke up with my mouth still tasting like squid ink, but this was the tastiest tastiest pasta treat ive ever had. my celiac friend had a safe gluten free adventure here also 👍👍

They are great at catering and take most of the hassle out of prepping for a large event. They are very accommodating and the food is amazing.
Meatballs are definitely not homemade as advertised, Bolognese sauce was average at best and the cheesy garlic bread was just unmelted cheese slices between bread.

I door dash food delivery for them so I came back to try it and wow! The lobster ravioli was delicious! I paired it with the three cheese sauce. I’m going to do the ravioli again and pair it with a different sauce next time! The customer service is always top tier!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was seriously craving lobster ravioli, and this place delivered in every possible way! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance gave true, cozy Italian vibes—warm, welcoming, and full of charm.
Now, let’s talk about the food… I ordered the lobster ravioli, and it was hands-down one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted. The pasta was perfectly tender, the lobster filling was rich and buttery, and the sauce? Absolutely divine—creamy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite melted in my mouth and made me feel like I was dining in a hidden gem somewhere on the coast of Italy.
Everything screamed authentic Italian. The service was also impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve.
If you’re a fan of real Italian cuisine, especially seafood dishes done right, do yourself a favor and order some right now. This spot satisfied my craving and then some—I’ll definitely be back for more!
Oh and let’s not forget the apple Empanadas as a desert we ordered 2 more before leaving the parking lot! GREAT JOB!

I found Don Rigatoni prepares authentic Italian dishes with “home made” pasta. Very good food that you’re able to purchase late into the evening. Just be aware that there is no dining offered for patrons. Great food and fast service.
