Always the very best service!! Everyone is welcoming and warm. Entrees were excellent as always. The rose given to all ladies is the nicest touch. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have to say, for the very first time, the food was subpar...... I cannot believe it! I guess once out of a thousand times isn't a bad batting average. However, our guests had ordered filets and I'm pretty sure it was sirloin, not tasty and when asked the Service team just politely disagreed .... So, I had talked up the restaurant SO much to them, we were embarrassed. Just saying........ It was on the late side of time, a Thursday night, but I was shocked.
We celebrated my son's 16th birthday at Donatello last night, and it was perfect! We had the best table, impeccable service, and the food was divine, as always. Thank you for a memorable evening, and we will be back again and again!
