I had a huge hankering for Udon noodles and tried this place out. I got the tempura udon and added an egg. I really wanted the crepe cake but they were out! So I got the green tea mochi instead which was good.
Cute gatchapon corner reminded me of Japan

This is easily the best ramen I have experienced in over a decade. In an era where 2026 food trends are leaning toward clean, high-craft flavors, this shop delivers a masterclass in balance. The broth is liquid gold—deeply complex and satisfying without needing to be heavy.
The absolute highlight, however, is the marinated egg. It is flawlessly executed with a custardy, jam-like yolk that has clearly been seasoned to perfection. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a fantastic destination for friends and family. Whether you are a long-time enthusiast or just looking for a high-quality meal with loved ones, this spot is a must-visit. I’ll be returning purely for that bowl!
The server was absolutely awesome too!

Ramen was great. Noodles chewy and very juicy fried chicken. Added extra veggies for health.

Since we are vegetarian, we tried the spicy garlic edamame, spicy veggi ramen and udon bowl. Great taste at reasonable prices! Wish there were more veg options but if I am in the area, this will be my go to place for ramen!

The ramen was truly amazing, the broth tasted amazing, the mochi was amazing, and the decoration truly represents Japanese culture. It’s just this indescribable feeling as if I was really in Japan. Overall, this is a truly amazing restaurant!

The food here used to be amazing and I just feel like it's gone downhill the last few times I've eaten here. It's become pretty average and sometimes not even worth the cost. The portions have also shrunk in size while getting more expensive. It used to be my favorite ramen place but I think it has run it's course for me. Disappointing :(
Jacob was great! Food was phenomenal too! Highly recommend

Had the miso ramen, and was very impressed. One of if not the best bowls of ramen in Tampa. You could tell the work and care that went into crafting that bowl. Glad to say I'll be going back.

I GOT FOOD POISONING!! I came in yesterday night and have been insanely sick since then. The food was subpar at best and the cake tasted freezer burnt at room temp? I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. I am looking for a higher up to report this to. I am not the first food poisoning review. DO NOT EAT HERE

Me and my girlfriend ordered some ramen and takoyaki on door dash. I’m sick and figured a nice spicy ramen would clear the sinuses and make a nice meal.
I ordered the Evil Dosunco Ramen figuring it was their spicy ramen. I thought i had a good spice tolerance, BEWARE that is a bowl of lava. After taking a few bites i was pacing around the apartment looking for relief while my girlfriend checked the description for ingredients. The Carolina reaper ramen is certainly evil.
I have to give it 5 stars because that is the spiciest ramen I’ve eaten as advertised and i should definitely pay more attention to what I’m ordering 😂.
The Takoyaki was a 3/5 it was either over cooked or didn’t survive the transport in the best condition.
All in all I have clear sinuses and am impressed ramen could be that spicy.
