We attempted to go here on Sunday around 10 AM, but could not find parking. It was completely packed both in front and in back and in the back back. Part of this is due to Datz being right next door. Maybe we'll try again another day when it's not the weekend.

Came to this cute shop for an after dinner dessert and loved it. The cookies and ice cream was fabulous, fresh and home made. Victoria was so helpful and sweet and she really took the time to answer all of our questions, great service. Walking into the shop and looking at the shop decor was fun in its own. I would love to come back the Oreo cookie and cream was phenomenal.

I have been here a few times and have been very impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff! Staff is informative of their baked goods and ensures that customers have enough time to choose! I have tried their strawberry cake pop (good and moist, more icing than cake), chocolate cake slice with white icing (filled with chocolate chips and perfect for a chocolate lover), the apple pie bars (so flavorful and delicious - my favorite item so far), the creme brûlée donut (pictured), and the Boston cream donut (pictured). Creme brûlée donut had a perfect amount of sugar glaze - however only about a nickel size of filling in the donut. The Boston cream donut was my favorite of the two as it was not dry at all and had a proper amount of cream. Overall super cute bakery with great staff and good desserts!

Super fun place! They had so many options of donuts and treats. The decor is super cute and trendy. It would be great for a girls brunch, play date, dessert stop or really anything. The prices range but everything is affordable. The staff was super friendly and helpful in explaining everything. They do daily donuts and then speciality flavors each day. They also have a huge drink list, we got the cold brew and it was strong and great There's isn't lots of parking so keep that in mind, especially on the weekends.

Cute space but the donuts were not great tasting, but they sure were pretty to look at. We got the crème brûlée, lemon raspberry, Oreo and a fruity pebble. They were all a bit stale, sadly. Not at all worth the dollars spent. We went around 1pm on Thursday, so maybe we didn't catch them fresh. There was a very pleasant young guy at the counter with great customer service who helped us make our choices. The ambience was sweet but I wouldn't come again based on this experience.Looks like a great place to throw a kid party - if they do that...? Very spacious and you wouldn't need much decoration.

Complete incompetence. I received a text notification that I was getting a delivery from Dough. It was supposed to be a Father's day treat from one of my daughters. 15 minutes later, I received another notification that the order had been cancelled and to call the store for details. When I called, Essence answered. I told about my texts and she did not find any order on the iPad she had. I told her it was a Door Dash order and she looked at the Door Dash iPad and found it. The excuse was that there was new person on the register, they were very busy with it being Sunday and Father's day, and the Door Dash printer wasn't working and they didn't have the order. When the driver arrived to pick up the order, no one bothered to look at the iPad since the printer wasn't working, Dough told the driver there was no order, so it was cancelled. I was told I could place a new order, except I don't know what the order was and it was already paid for. Please, save your time and frustration and DO NOT order from here. After speaking with my daughter, I discovered that she ordered directly from the Dough website which makes the excuses even more disgusting. Dough, if you can't handle technology and online ordering, DON'T DO IT!

Compared to others at the price, I'm not sure where the hype came from. It's good, but VooDoo donuts in Universal Studios is somehow the same price and more generous on topping and all. Gelado was good, next time we'll try the pies or macaroon.

Pretty cool place and worthwhile the stop to have a donut/experience different from all the big chain places. However asking for a tip when paying from L 25% to R 18% is just ridiculous. Of course we all don't mind giving a tip but within reason. Suggesting a $6 tip on a $24 purchase that took less than 2 mins is just stupid. We have pushed the tipping to a point it's stupid and it's just leaving a bad overall customer experience

Food: 4Service: 4Ambiance: 4 Had to make my first visit to this place on National Donut Day. Super cute inside reminded me of an old school soda shop. Menu was simple but offered a great variety. Fav donut was the cotton candy. It wasn't very sweet but still had a fun taste. Seems like pies and cake were also a big hit at this place. Was disappointed in the ice cream flavor choices but maybe they tasted great. I just like a variety in ice cream flavors because it's my favorite food. Def worth coming here if you have a sweet tooth and want to try lots of various baked goods.

Overpriced. If I am expected to pay more for a product, I expect it to be worth the cost. That was anything but the case at my visit to Dough. I ordered an apple fritter. It was easily the worst apple fritter I've had. First off it was stale. There was no way that fritter had been made the day that I bought it. The other problem is that there was barely a teaspoon of apple in the fritter. My mistake was not reading the reviews from someone having had a similar experience. Don't waste your money.

Soooooo freaking yummy !This is a dessert place that does breakfast too.The treats are top shelf. Crazy decedent. And it offers a really cute, large seating area. So If you need something really gooey and sweet, head over here.

OMG. If you've never been to Dough, you are missing out. My key lime pie is to die for! And just look at the fancy ambiance. I've stepped into a Parisian patisserie. Come before 1:00 on a weekday and you can have this place practically to yourself. So many desserts to choose from: donuts, fritters, cookies, cakes, pies, cupcakes, and more! Bon appetite!
