Hit or miss. I’ve been here a few times and it’s sometimes great and sometimes not. Today I had the burger with $3 upgrade to salad as side. They ask you if you want it pink, but it’s doubtful that’s actually an option. $3 add on salad was about 5 bites in a 4 inch soufflé dish. What did I pay for?

A great place to grab a quick bite to eat or a drink before your flight. They open early so breakfast is no problem. Lunch is always good to have before a long flight and lots to choose from. The back side of the Resturant overlooks the east runway to see planes land and take off. One unique feature is ability to order via Uber Eats. Saves time and allows you to have a nice to-go container to take on your flight.

Let's be real. It's an airport lounge so four stars is a stretch that wouldn't happen with out our experience with Tori server extraordinaire! On a tough day full of delays and uncertainty for customers Tori gave efficient service with a smile and a little humor thrown in. Even in the face of all the food vouchers being handed out from united that needed manual entry. ASK FOR TORI if you find yourself here!

Sat at table waiting for 10 minutes no one came to me young server ignore me served other customers ok I went to counter female apologizing that's not good enough ok n then said no coffee at nite only breakfast ok but it's ur server who should approach me n apologize I felt stupid just sitting there

I stopped in at Ducky's at the Tampa International Airport before flying home to Boston. I ordered the Grouper Sandwich grilled with a Caesar's Salad. My 4 star rating on the food was due to the slight fish smell of the Grouper. The sandwich tasted good however. I should have asked to put the tartar sauce on the side. I would have liked to apply it myself. I also pulled some of the lettuce out of the sandwich. The service was spot on. I ordered a glass of Pinot and a water. My water was filled without me having to ask. I will come back to Ducky's the next time I am flying out of Gate A. I would say excellent service has kept me returning over the food knocking my socks off. With that said, I enjoyed my meal.

The drinks I got were spot on, but after I paid and went to sit with my daughter at the table, the bartender came over after a few minutes and said my credit card didn't go through. I immediately looked at my app which showed a pending charge, as well as me getting a text notification that my card was charged. I told him this and he said ok and walked away and I left after about 10 minutes to see if he would come over and say anything else. I felt like he was trying to get me to re swipe my card right away without a second thought.
