Sat at table waiting for 10 minutes no one came to me young server ignore me served other customers ok I went to counter female apologizing that's not good enough ok n then said no coffee at nite only breakfast ok but it's ur server who should approach me n apologize I felt stupid just sitting there

I stopped in at Ducky's at the Tampa International Airport before flying home to Boston. I ordered the Grouper Sandwich grilled with a Caesar's Salad. My 4 star rating on the food was due to the slight fish smell of the Grouper. The sandwich tasted good however. I should have asked to put the tartar sauce on the side. I would have liked to apply it myself. I also pulled some of the lettuce out of the sandwich. The service was spot on. I ordered a glass of Pinot and a water. My water was filled without me having to ask. I will come back to Ducky's the next time I am flying out of Gate A. I would say excellent service has kept me returning over the food knocking my socks off. With that said, I enjoyed my meal.

The drinks I got were spot on, but after I paid and went to sit with my daughter at the table, the bartender came over after a few minutes and said my credit card didn't go through. I immediately looked at my app which showed a pending charge, as well as me getting a text notification that my card was charged. I told him this and he said ok and walked away and I left after about 10 minutes to see if he would come over and say anything else. I felt like he was trying to get me to re swipe my card right away without a second thought.

If you have the fortunate chance to be graced by Ducky’s when you land at Tampa Intl airport, immediately go to a Tori. Best kept secret in that entire airport.

Food was good and so was the beer. However ducky’s super hero, Toby, stole the show. He sat everyone, took orders, ran food and was attentive to every table. He did a great job and made the whole experience great before our flight.
I ordered the California Salad and the cost was over $22.50 before tip. The salad tasted ok but the price didn't match up with amount of food. The salad was dinner-salad size, at best, rather than that of an entree, which is how it was categorized on the menu and, unfortunately, I didn't have time to buy additional food elsewhere. I strongly recommend that Ducky's adds more to the portion, especially for the price and for an item marketed as a meal. I won't be patronizing this restaurant again.

Hostess refused to push 2 tables together for our party of 5, the only way they let us sit down is if we pulled a 5th chair up to the corner of a square 4-top even tho the restaurant was empty. Finally a server or manager came and helped us sit at a table that fit our party, when we apologized for the inconvenience the hostess rolled her eyes at us and continued to point at our table for the rest of our meal. Weird experience. It’s an empty restaurant and you make 5 people squeeze at a table for 4? Rest of the service was fine, our waitress was pleasant and helpful and kind.
