they weren’t out of everything bagles, got a sesame instead along with some other food, like loaded hashbrowns, avocado toast…everything tasted very old not cooked probably something of the sorts cause the food was very nasty just not a good experience all around at this location

My children and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts at least twice a week. The manager, Kathi is amazing and always makes the process easy. The drive-through flows very fast, and my coffee is always on point when she is there. I ordered the brown sugar Shaken espresso.

Whoever is working the morning shift at this dunkin now needs to either be retrained or replaced. They dont listen to your orders, they try to rush you out of the drive through before they've even handed you your complete order and when you tell them you still haven't received your items they act inconvenienced by it. Now for 2 days in a row i've gotten coffees that arent what we ask for, and they dont place the stickers on the cups with your order like they should be, obviously because they dont care how they make it. After not getting the doughnuts we odered for our kids yesterday and spending $30 this morning and getting bland unsweetened coffee and paying for 2 orders of loaded hashbrowns I didnt ask for im over it. Will not be returning here anytime soon and we are very frequent customers here so it is disappointing having to write this. Ive gone to this location since it opened and this is not something ive had to deal with in the past, i've always been met with great customer service and never had to feel like I was doing something wrong asking for my food and drinks to be correct. Will also be contacting the corporate headquarters with this concern because I just feel it is unfair that I spend the amount of money I do to be met with this inconvenience.

Just ordered a large Matcha to be delivered and not only did they add some kind of foam I didn’t want in it and I don’t know what is made out of and I have a dairy allergy. But it was literally not even filled but 3/4 of the way.
And then my other drink was a black coffee with a shot of espresso again no dairy. And I’m gonna go ahead and take a picture of what that looks like and put it on here because how do you get black coffee wrong? It’s literally just coffee…… It won’t let me add a picture, but you know what coffee looks like when there’s milk in it versus when it’s black. I’m not gonna lie it literally feels like they did it on purpose. That’s how bad it was.
Great service and food! My cheese wasnt burnt at this location nor were the wraps hard. Thank you Aaliyah for the great customer service and the on point ice coffee.
