My coffee was not made to my liking but I had an appointment so I couldn't come back. I paid extra for 3 caramel and 3 brown sugar with cold foam. I get this m-f so I know what it tastes like. They used less than and omitted the brown sugar and instead of cold foam they used cream. Kind of disappointed since this is something equivalent to a breakfast for me.

My husband and I each ordered hashbrowns and we both immediately had to spit them out. They taste like propane. I tried calling the store to prevent them from selling anymore but the number listed is out of service. This was disgusting, don't go to this location.

The young lady was so nice., HOWEVER THERE WERE A SWORM OF BEES FLYING IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. AND EVEN WHEN A YOUNG WOMAN AND I TOLD THE GIRLS UP FRONT, THEY JUST SAID. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE! IT WAS DANGEROUS!

Speaker in drive thru is horrible. Had to shout to be heard by the lady taking my order. Some of my order was wrong despite the order being listed correctly on the screen. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and the sandwich came with no sausage.

I recently discontinued going to this DD's location due to service, and lack of inventory. I'm glad I gave the store another chance the customer service, inventory is at it's best. They have improved drastically, the lattes taste better and the baked items are made fresher.

The girl was really confused at what I had told her. I asked for a large. I saw the extra shot of espresso and then two espresso shots on the side. She was very confused
The attitude on the employees is so unprofessional. Never coming back

My donuts were hard! My cheddar bagel was on fire! I asked for it to be warmed. The cashier did not say one word to me. She shoved my food out the window and when I asked for napkins, she gave me an entire stack!! Unfriendly, horrible food and parking lot was small. Do better!
