The young lady was so nice., HOWEVER THERE WERE A SWORM OF BEES FLYING IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. AND EVEN WHEN A YOUNG WOMAN AND I TOLD THE GIRLS UP FRONT, THEY JUST SAID. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE! IT WAS DANGEROUS!

Speaker in drive thru is horrible. Had to shout to be heard by the lady taking my order. Some of my order was wrong despite the order being listed correctly on the screen. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and the sandwich came with no sausage.

I recently discontinued going to this DD's location due to service, and lack of inventory. I'm glad I gave the store another chance the customer service, inventory is at it's best. They have improved drastically, the lattes taste better and the baked items are made fresher.

The girl was really confused at what I had told her. I asked for a large. I saw the extra shot of espresso and then two espresso shots on the side. She was very confused

My donuts were hard! My cheddar bagel was on fire! I asked for it to be warmed. The cashier did not say one word to me. She shoved my food out the window and when I asked for napkins, she gave me an entire stack!! Unfriendly, horrible food and parking lot was small. Do better!

Cold croissant with ham and Swiss cheese even after asking that it be toasted , bread warm ham and cheese very cold , matcha tea with powder still at the bottom of cup not stirred and way too much ice after asking for lite ice. Bad experience.

Got there at 7:30 staff was really rude. They were out of doughnuts mostly everything. Asked for a frozen coffee she replied they were cleaning the machine. Usually places I worked cannot clean machines until close. Customer service was poor. Will not give this location my funds ever .
