Extremely poor service. Unprofessional, rude, get the order wrong then roll their eyes and have an attitude when asked to bring the correct order that was charged. Multiple times this has happened. Not sure where the manager is or if they vet who they hire. Dunkin Donuts needs to replace the whole team.

Coffees are always great here if u can get them while you are sober. Donuts and ice cream are white sugar dealers and I'm an addict. I cannot stop anytime. Bathrooms smell sweet like a bakery. Half the sales are from here are prepared kcups doe home consumption. I think it may be A smuggling operation.

When I arrived the doors were locked at 1730 which is unusual for a DD. While on the drive-thru the EE first asked to hold on then a min later told us to come up to the window I gotcha. After we ordered the drinks they were leaking from the lids. Instead of putting them into better cups he gives them to us still leaking in a carry our tray. I had to ask for napkins. My bagel sandwich was overcooked. I do not suggest going to this location

HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! We waited 30 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order!! What happened to “fast food?!?” Absolutely ridiculous! Save your time and do not come here !! You’ll get trapped in the drive through !

I desperately needed another caffeine fix so I decided to go through the drive thru at Dunkin. I’m happy I chose this particular location. The line of cars, albeit quite long, moved along very quickly. I ordered my coffee (and a couple of donuts) and was greeted by a friendly, smiling woman who seemed happy to be at work! My order was correct and delicious. Thank you for a positive experience at Dunkin!

Crazy black lady rolling her eyes and didn’t want to even take our order and was screaming at everyone.She preceded to scream at anyone that wanted to order food,horrible workers need to get her fired asap,left and didn’t even order because of the way she was treating everyone and making the food in an unsanitary way.
I ordered a caramel craze iced coffee with no cinnamon in it. Of course they took forever I was in line almost 20 minutes so I just paid and took my drink. I made it to work and finally get ready to drink and of course it was cinnamon in it which I’m allergic too. I repeated the no cinnamon at least 3 times and was insured no cinnamon. Lucky for me I looked before I took a sip. I also tried to call to express this issue and no one answered.

I Am An Ex Employee At This Dunkin Donuts And I Was Only Employed 2 Months There Everything Was Great AT FIRST Besides All Of The Drama The Manager Has Going On (Marleen) But The LAST Few Weeks I’ve Been Telling Myself To Let Her Attitude Bounce Off Your Shoulders You’re Ok You Can Do This You Can Survive..But For Some Reason Wednesday I Couldn’t Take Her Attitude Anymore I Walked Into Work Late Because Like I Always Tell Her If I’m Late It’s ABOUT My 1 Year Old Son He Has Been Very Sick Lately And So Have I But Anyways I Came In And Said Good Morning To Her She Ignored Me So I Kept On Walking Put My Things Down And Went Straight To The Head Sets Because Drive Thru Was My Job So There Were No Head Sets Available She Had A Headset On So I Asked Politely Can I Have The Headsets There Aren’t Any She Answers WHAT? Just Like That With An Attitude. Idk What’s Been Her Deal Lately But She Has The Worst Attitude I’ve Ever SEEN. She Passed My Attitude. Idk If It’s From All The Employees Coming And Going Or What But I politely gathered my things and walked out I Couldn’t Take Her Anymore. That’s My View On This Job If You Wanna Get Hired Here and if you are a good worker, she’ll ask you to become this shift manager and never give you higher pay or never go forth with giving you the job.
