I come here often before work for an iced coffee. The staff are always friendly and my coffee is always on point! Most Dunkin's mess up my coffee order, but I haven't had an issue at this location.

Worse experience ever. 5 people working there and it still took 5 minutes to wait on the person in front of me! I placed my order, I always get decaf because of a heart issue, then watch to make sure they give me decaf. Thank goodness I was paying attention because the guy started filling my cup with regular after he had put in the mocha and caramel. He wasn't happy when I told him it's supposed to be decaf. There are 5 DD near me and I only stopped here because I was getting breakfast for my 94yo neighbor. Needless to say I won't be going back or recommending this one. All the other ones really hustle! The one at the corner of Cypress and Dale Mabry only have two people working there and the drive thru is always busy but that are fast, FRIENDLY and reliable. Love that place. So beware đ đ€

Went thru the drive thru and was impressed by how cheerful and quick they were at noontime. The munchkins were fresh! I tried the ham and cheese croissant, it was OK.

Just avoid going inside if you can. Theyâll take forever at the counter, mess up your order, and then get upset when you ask them to correct your order. I wish this was a one off incident, but unfortunately itâs a repetitive issue. The management seems to not be able to remedy this issue. So best to stick to the drive through. They have a fully staffed drive through that always is on top of their game.
Found this location on my travels. Iâm giving this place five stars but only for Yo Gabba Gabby who knows whatâs up! Give her a raise. The kid is hustling with a good attitude!

I came to order inside and I said excuse me three times and everyone completely ignored me. I was just trying to see if there were definitely open inside and they definitely were and they just the staff chose to ignore me and only focus on drive-through customers

If you like coffee with grounds in it and staff standing around laughing instead of helping customers, this Dunkinâ is for you. Highly unprofessionalâone woman with no teeth yells at customers and clearly doesnât take her job seriously. Worst dunkin experience multiple times.

disgusting there was a fly in my ice water and when I returned it to get a new one, the girl kind of like didnât care at all like thatâs disgusting. theyâre a bunch teenagers who donât care and donât really know how to do their jobs either.
