leaving this here because I think it should be public knowledge: I drove through this morning to get my order and the employees were very loudly, making fun of disabled people and saying the R word Repeatedly, it’s already weird enough saying that kind of stuff in private but in front of customers that you don’t know? Very poor customer service etiquette.

Donuts were slightly small and slightly stale. Donuts that were cream or jelly filled, barely had a teaspoon of filling. Cost cutting?? Dunkin’ Donuts used to be the benchmark of donuts. 👎

I ordered two of their powdered sugar, Bavarian cream donuts. I got down the road took a bite and they’re filled with Boston cream. I hate Boston cream. Their chocolate covered donuts are the ones that are supposed to have the Boston cream and their powdered sugar donuts are supposed to be Bavarian cream. Apparently they don’t know the difference between the two. If they don’t have Bavarian cream, they should not advertise a Bavarian cream doughnut on their menu.

Normally they do a good job, friendly staff. I just had uber eats delivered today. Large macchiato, strawberry frosted donut, munchkins. The store forgot the donut. It’s on the receipt that is stapled to the sealed bag.

I ask for a turkey sausage croissant fresh through the drive thru this morning to get half way home to get a muffin I brought it back they didn’t apologize they just said it was supposed to be a croissant and switch it out then once I got the croissant it was burnt I’m pregnant now I’m sick smelling burnt food so I had to take it back for a refund she act like she was mad I was bringing it back this is unacceptable!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’s consistently since I moved here about two years ago and I will say it’s the BEST one I’ve been too. The service is always incredible and the ladies who work here are just soooo kind. I want this to be my forever Dunkin 🥹🤍

ALL the workers were screaming at each other....absolutely unacceptable!!! This happened in both the Hillsborough store and the Gandy store. We will NEVER RETURN to either place ever again!!! Corporate NEEDS to teach these people how to behave in a public workplace😡
This Dunkin is only a 3 minute drive from my house and I’m so thankful that the service is amazing! I come here for an iced coffee more than I would like to admit, generally in the morning, and know I can always count on quick and correct service. There are 2 women in particular that are not only super nice but keep that drive thru line moving! Shout out to Deana and Kyra (I hope I didn’t spell their names wrong), but they are amazing and an example of what great service looks like!
