I googled the store hours on a Sunday before making a trip. Said they closed at 10pm. I got there at 9:24pm I see the sign say open but all the lights are out and appears closed. I made the trip for nothing. From the star ratings I should’ve know better then to try this store location.

I placed an online order and, after seeing how long the drive-thru line was, decided to go inside to pick up my items. Unfortunately, the front door was locked, and there was no sign indicating that the store was drive-thru only. Because of this, I had to get back in the long line just to receive my order, which made me late for work.
This was already frustrating, but it didn’t end there. When I later tried to complete the survey using the code on my receipt, it said the code was invalid.
This is not my usual location, and based on this experience, it will be my last time visiting this store.

Literally came to grab one breakfast sandwich there was nobody in the drive-through nobody in the store and literally told me they’re not making food because they’re in the middle of a shift change. I’ve worked at Dunkin before and that’s not anything. They normally do very unprofessional and never experienced anything like this from a Dunkin

The girl taking my order at the counter was very rude, kept walking away without a word as I was ordering and got upset when I ordered something they didn’t have. I told her I was going off of their website and she said it’s old and outdated and what I see in front of me is what they have.

The best Dunkin Donuts on Busch. This dunkin donuts made me beilive in Dunkin Donuts again, their drinks taste like what they should taste like and I consistently get the same quality for the same drinks. Sweet staff also.

Sat in line with one vehicle infront of us for about ten minutes. The vehicle ahead was still waiting to order. Backed out of line to see the employee in a car with her headset on with someone else.

Very inappropriate staff I saw a man rubbing himself up against a young women that also works there and she did not like it whatsoever even calling him out on it, I feel horrible for the young lady and that man should not be working there if he does that to his coworkers I asked for his name in a polite way so he didn’t know what I saw and his name is tay/tae, please Dunkin/baskin see to it that this man will no longer be there that sight was absolutely disgusting

No decaf coffee, no strawberry refresher, no coconut milk, I already ordered on the app so it was paid for already when I came. The ice cream prices are astronomical. The blueberry refresher that they did have was good.

I literally love all the morning staff at this Dunkin! Always so kind and efficient even during the biggest rushes. I do wish the inventory was a little more consistent, seems like they run out of some of the same things a lot. Other than that, staff is friendly, my coffee is always good, and I usually get in and out fast.

Every Time I Come To This Location It’s A Problem!!! I order online they never have what i ordered on time! The never have what I want.. No oatmilk! No Matcha! I Understand Them Not Having The Specific Donuts But Come on!! It’s every Time!! Even had a guy that gave me a whole face because I asked him to make me a Chipotle Aioli!! I was Like ok Nevermind Don’t worry about it!!! And Let Me Not Leave Out how One of The Girls Tried to steal my lil $2 change!! I beeped my horn to get her attention.. I’m like My $2!! Nicely.. She said Oh Yea!!! And gave me the 2$.. why she didn’t question me?? Are u sure.. Nah!! I’m not playing with this store Yall better get it together or I will report yall directly!! I shouldn’t have to go to a further DD Because Yall not doing the job as you all should!!! Plus My Latte Today Was Trash!!!!!! Had to come all the way back for 1 Splenda!!!SMH!!!!

My jaw dropped to the floor. Returned cold sausage egg and cheese croissants. Was asked to ask if I wanted it warm next time. Been eating at Dunkin for 20 yrs & never asked to have my sandwich warmed.
