You could finish game of thrones in its drive-thru. Jesus second coming will probably arrive while you wait for your food. I came Friday left on Wednesday from how long they take for simple orders.

I ask for a turkey sausage egg and cheese bagel with lite veggie cream cheese. She put the ice cold cream cheese in the bag instead of on the bagel and when I asked for it to be put on my sandwich she placed a glob on this ice cold cream cheese on my sandwich and a cold slice of cheese to match. Horrible cook attitude!!!

abysmal morning service and speed. I can't speak for those who order inside, but if you choose the drive thru, you will be locked in a death spiral for 15-30 minutes.
they ask you to pull up and wait past the window if (when) your order is not ready, which wouldn't be an issue if there was a passing lane, but alas there is not.

The manager with dark hair,glasses,(white/hispanic) is rude and unprofessional. She ruined my day and I’ll never spend money there again. I ordered $5 meal,with 2.99 munchkins total $8.37. I request military discount 10 percent. It totaled to $10.20 … I asked the black young lady at window to verify the upcharge and she asked her manager. The manager explained the $5 meal isn’t discounted with a military discount which didn’t make sense to even do if it costs more. She asks what do I want to do, I asked for a cup of ice and 2 munchkins. She refused munchkins and was very rude inside the drive thru window. She was supposed to give me a dollar,the ice cup and apologized. I’d never eat there again.

I ordered on the app about 5-7 mins prior to arriving. Once I got there I waited in line for another 20 mins, just to get to the window to be handed my donut order and to be told to go to the parking lot next door to wait for my drink's and food order. I waited an additional 30 mins I left! They still didn’t have my order ready! I ordered from the app they couldn’t give me my refund! I had to request through the app! I ordered via app at 8:23 and left at 9:20 am! Completely ridiculous!!!
