Find a different dunkin. This one is dirty, the service is awful, bathrooms out of order, and I paid $5 for flavored milk (skipped out on adding the coffee) that the employee literally threw in a cup and slopped it everywhere.

My experience was GREAT the young lady who worked on Easter Sunday 3/31 around 2 pm was Generous patient and kind.I appreciate that Ms lady!! We literally was able to place order receive donuts & 4 drinks in about 4 minutes or less!! Bring back any size ice tea for 99cents I love the teaTo the young lady working keep up the great Work!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Use to have good service. I went last week and waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one helped. I went today and was told Dunkin Donut doesn’t offer decaf coffee. The window worker asked for my order 4x and it was still wrong. I noticed they deleted half my order and my guess it’s because they were too lazy to make it or do their job.

Always loved coming to this location until today. So I ordered a medium hot coffee for my partner and a small hot coffee for myself. Remind you of the $2 promo on the medium hot coffee. I get to the house to realize the med cup was not full to the top but rather filled as if it was a small cup. Now I’d have to question this location because of that. Cuffing a little bit of change for your tiny tip jar is one thing, but the coffee too? Welcome the Gregorian year of 2024 smdh

Went in the morning, waited till they opened. All I heard was get off our timer. What in the world type of ppl do you employ? Nasty attitude. I waited for her to tellMe they don’t have food ready. Ummmmm you just opened, aren’t you supposed to start making it. I just left. Don’t want anyone like that making food. Bet they don’t wash their hands. STAY AWAY
Wow what a mistake. Should have went to McDonald's. Staffs attitude was atrocious. I didn't get her name but I think it was a manager with the worst attitude. Don't like your job go get a new one. No need to throw an attitude at every customer than walks in the door. Obviously not the 1st time and the owner doesn't have a problem with this behavior since it's obvious to anyone that walks in the door. There are some nice dunkin donut locations don't get me wrong but hopefully this location replaces some of its personnel or closes. Sooner vs later they are giving the brand a bad name.

Used to be a nice place to eat and get good service and now is the worst! Awal if you are still the manager I hope you get your hands on this! Asked for three scoops and surprise!!!! Asked for a peppermint mocha latte and cold as feet and no peppermint flavor at all! Very bad customer service is like they don’t feel like doing anything!! This is getting ridiculous!!!! Is not getting, it is already!!!!!

Been going to this location for 3 years since it’s the closest one to my house and they will almost never make your food correctly. Now they’ve also disconnected their phone so that it doesn’t ring on their end, and have made it to where you cannot leave a voicemail. Expect your food to be cold or incorrect, and your coffee to never be made consistently. This location is seriously a joke.
