Normally we are a fan of Dunkin but unfortunately not today. The girl that took our order was very rude, and despite repeating the order multiple times, it was incorrect when we received it. When we asked to have the order corrected she rolled her eyes and the drinks came out a mess.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin chain I’ve been to. Whoever The manager is needs to be fired. He’s rude and does not help whatsoever. They added sugar free vanilla instead of french and the manager did not let the employee add in the pump of vanilla without a receipt even though I had just bought the drink an hour ago. I was not about to argue with someone incompetent like that manager

No one ever answers the phone after calling over two days at different times. Finally someone very rude answers the phone and refuses to take a pick up order for the next day of 4 dozen donuts and 2 boxes of coffee. He stated I'm too busy to take a phone order and hung up on me. Rude, horrible, and no respect for paying customers. I ordered at another local Dunkin, which was more than happy to get my order.

Stopped here on my break. Tortillas were hard. Coffee burnt my tongue and had no sugar like I asked. If I were Spanish I wouldve got better service not burnt cheese hard tortilla you can see its hard before wrapping it WOW.

There machines are always down. I ordered a toasted bagel wasn’t even warm. I tried ordering a Strawberry Colatta machine still down for over a month now. Management sucks

Drive-Thru staff are amazing, but the front register has been very slowly lately. It took almost 15 minutes for a coffee and 4 identical donuts, and I still walked away with the wrong coffee order. Donuts were wrong, and coffee was wrong twice. I hope management can do better for training
