Drive-Thru staff are amazing, but the front register has been very slowly lately. It took almost 15 minutes for a coffee and 4 identical donuts, and I still walked away with the wrong coffee order. Donuts were wrong, and coffee was wrong twice. I hope management can do better for training

Went through the drive-thru got my two items the worker at the speaker was courteous and very understanding and repeated my order no attitude or anything just a pleasant person at the window and at the speakerphone. My meal was warm done the way that I wanted it and handed over with a smile.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and they have Baskin-Robbins attached.

There is no way they don't know how they are terrible here. Get ignored at the counter on a regular basis and walk away without buying anything. Offered a hardy, "Good morning," to the manager this morning and he ignored me while standing directly across from me. I'd be a regular if they offered even slightly better service and I have low expectations of them already.
15 minutes in drive through locked in a lane I could not get to and I was late as it was. Two cars in front of me and when I finely get to the window and they were making a new batch of coffee. It's a damn coffee and donut shop and they run out of f'ing coffee. I left without my paid coffee. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Just had the weirdest experience here. I wanted to order donuts and stood at the counter and the lady working kept walking past me like I wasn’t there. So I Rang the bell and still she ignored me. She walked right next to me and I called out excuse me, ma’am, and still, she ignored me. There were no cars in the drive-through. She was just completely ignoring me and not even acknowledging that I was there. There was also a man sitting at the table Who was using his vape inside. I am assuming drugs were involved because I eat at dunkin frequently and I’ve never had an experience like that.

Im sure this is obvious to most but there is a bell on the counter. I didn't see it at first and waited getting a little frustrated but as soon as I rang the bell I was taken care of and was out fast I order a green tea online for pick up couple days ago

I ordered a medium frozen coffee they handed it to me in small cup I let them know that I asked for a medium she said no you asked for a small so then why is there a medium sticker on the small cup anyways they took the drink back and put it in a medium cup with extra whip cream. Like I don’t know the difference whatever kids are miserable
