Lines too long they are all out of this and out of that same ole lazy employees. Donuts are always yucky and so are the coffees. I avoid all Dunkin donuts at all costs. This morning thought I'd drive through line was wrapped around, never mind. Went to Starbucks drive through lines always move quickly made it to work on time.

Only problem with Dunkin donuts if you find one that knows how to make your drink stick with it because there's no consistency I drink the large Frozen with whipped cream and some people make it too strong some people make it just right

Came through the drive through at 7pm a police officer was at the window getting their order, I sat at the order window for 5 mins said hello multiple times, no response. Drove forward to the pick up window (which was open) a young man was there, I said are you not taking orders? He said no, it’s closed. Mind you their time states 8pm and it was 7:10pm. Waste of time sitting there this is not the first time they’ve done this and closed early who is running the store terrible service.

We love the coffee and donuts. We usually drive thru. Staff is always very friendly.
I went here to get a coffee this morning and there were three people working and it was not that busy. The staff was just moving extremely slow and not having great skills with customer service and neglecting their in-store customers. I was told to go out of the store and drive through the drive-thru while there were three people in the store. And then it wasn't even a I'm sorry sir we are extremely busy but more so just laziness on the staff's part. I'll never go back here when I'm trying to get to work to get a coffee again

Walked in the store try to order dunkin' donuts does not have the ability to pay cash The employees were extremely rude when I asked why I could not pay cash told me I needed to go back out to my car and go through drive-thru worst customer experience ever I wish I could give a negative five stars

Terrible customer service especially worker girl with glasses, gave me a super nasty attitude and was mad that I came 20 min before closing, there’s better dunkins in town avoid this one
