I went here to get a coffee this morning and there were three people working and it was not that busy. The staff was just moving extremely slow and not having great skills with customer service and neglecting their in-store customers. I was told to go out of the store and drive through the drive-thru while there were three people in the store. And then it wasn't even a I'm sorry sir we are extremely busy but more so just laziness on the staff's part. I'll never go back here when I'm trying to get to work to get a coffee again

Manager corrected the mistake of another location that is not even connected with them. Despite my bad attitude because of the screw up of the other location, these women were extremely kind and helpful when I had no more time before a long shift to go back to the location that screwed up. Much appreciation for the manager at this location! Thank you for making a great cup of coffee! And for fixing the problem of another location!

Went the day before and had a great in and out service, coffee tasted great, today I enter an empty line, wait barely any time for my coffee yet when I taste it, it’s not even close to what I ordered, tasted like someone else’s order that was never picked up and just sat in the sun for hours.

Hello Dunkin Employees , Good Morning.
I ordered a modified sandwich ( plain Bagel, chicken and cheese) they made it with a croissant. I ordered a Ice Matcha Latte , they add like 2 cups of Matcha to the point I was drinking balls of Matcha . It was so dark that so nasty 🤮. And then I added a side of potato’s that looked so good in screen. When I Taste it , they were so nasty and oily. I mean Dunkin I know you can do better. Hire me as a Manager and I’ll fix it up for yall !!!

I don't drink coffee, and if you want me to be perfectly honest, I think the donuts and pastries are some of the blandest i've ever tasted. Every now and then I'll get a hankering for a bagel, and if I can't find an einstein's bagel, I'll go here.

It's sad I remember when DD'S food used to taste good
