I’ve never had an Iced Mocha Latte taste so bad. I did get an extra shot of espresso in it, but the entire drink just tasted of espresso and not a single flavor of Mocha. It said “3 pumps” on the label, but I literally saw no chocolate syrup mixed in whatsoever- seems like someone just thought Iced Latte. I probably won’t go to Dunkin’ anymore just because of this order.

Place just got remodeled and was hoping that the customer service would b better.. wrong it got worse ??‍♀️ drive thru girl ID 675694 Dawn had no customer service ethic's wats so ever very un professional and rudeCouldn’t scan the coupons in front of me told the other worker this not working wile he was making my wraps and over charge me for a free item when I asked her she said It did not work then ask wat donut Yu want in a nasty tone dropped it in the bag no receipt I asked her for it and she had scramble all of them and kept saying omg and mumbling wordsAnd gave it to me and wile I was asking her why they charge me more she turned around like if I wasn’t even there.. tried calling as I gotta b at work and no answerBad service

Poorly managed. This location just received a face lift and I was hoping with that maybe an internal shift. This location is right by my house but I’d rather drive to waters I tried the location twice since the reopening of the drive through.1. First time I got stuck in the line because there was one person working inside Dunkin and they were using the bathroom so once everyone entered the line we were all stuck for 20 mins. Which is disgusting I understand we’re human and everyone has to use the bathroom but that’s the last thing you want to think about when ordering from a fast food location. If you had more than 1 person working you wouldn’t have that issue plus loosing out on about 5 cars worth of orders.2. Next time I tried the location the employees are not following the steps to make the coffee anywhere else you get the same thing every time this location is just winging it the moment I saw my coffee I knew it was wrong. I had to take my coffee home and fix it.

Food is ok but I just go for the "Charlie". It's a cold brew coffee made with almond milk, caramel swirl, sweet foam and cinnamon sugar on top. It's perfect when I need a pick me up.

Ordered a chai tea and just got a big cup of milk. Drive through is only open and line always goes so slow, so no point in waiting in line another 20 minutes to have my order fixed.
