Consistently get orders wrong. Putting almost raw bacon on sandwiches. Out of menu items most mornings. Make sandwiches however they want. Not same each time. They suck.

slow service ever, they only have one person working and she’s more worried about the drive through than the people that come inside even if you get there first. i don’t know why they just have one person working.

The bagels are normally stale, their hashbrowns are squished and never crispy. They gave me regular instead of decaf, did not mention it at all, and every single time you try and call this place they will either send you to voicemail or pick up and hang up immediately.

As for drinks and coffee it’s Dunkin so mid but the issue with this location is management. They are always understaffed with extreme lines on drive way and extensive wait inside. The owner I believe is from India and he is ultra stingy not wanting to hire enough people to handle the work more efficiently and quickly but rather hiring few workers instead and leaning on customers time to wait much longer instead. Hopefully he change this so we can stop wasting our time. This is the only Dunkin that is run so horribly this way in this area

Poor service, ordered hot chai latte, it was lukewarm and milky. Service was very poor. When I mentioned to him, the guy said, that's howitcame out, what do you want me to do. Not happy with the service and the drink.

Jen had a wonderful smile wonderful personality really made my day I don't really drink coffee but she made sure I got what I wanted I love the food I love the tea that she recommended fast and wonderful shoe is the definition of great customer service
