Just left from here and immediately regretted even going inside. The store is old, ran down and dirty and nasty 🤢 it's literally trash and garbage on the floor. And I'm saying to say this as I waiting 20 minutes for mediocre food and coffee I was able to really take a look at this place it's not even the works fault honestly Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed of themselves for having a rundown establishment and expect people to eat this crap. I will say to the manager she was nice enough to refund my money but I strongly feel like they may need to close this location and redo it because how they look sheeeesh

They had a good manager for about a year.Everything seemed to be great service was faster, orders were accurate.Now... this week i'm pretty sure she's gone because things have gone downhill. Orders wrong take out takes forever.

We had the pleasure of having Crystal help us. I must say each and every time we come to this location at Crystal is working we are helped promptly at the drive thru window and wait no more than a minute to receive our drink order. You can definitely tell a difference in service when she is working.

ALEXIS WAS SO AMAZING AT MY Accommodations!!!! ALWAYS ASK FOR HERR!! am vegan and she ALWAYS cleans every thing for me her drinks are the best ive ever got in ny entire life. Idk what love she puts in it! Ive watched he work and its the hardest dunkin girly ive ever seen

Slowest drive thru known to man. 3 cars in the drive thru equals 20-30 min wait trapped in line. You get to the window and drive off. Never busy inside so no one understands why so slow. It’s like you wait 10 mins after you get to the speaker just for someone to say hello. If this wasn’t so close I’d never come to this location.
Marlin stepped up to help us while we stood there for a while as was announced that they were short staffed by a woman at the food station. She said do not take anymore orders. I was ready to walk out. Marlin stepped up to help and a female woman said don't take orders. He said I got you. He did helped the co worker. I thought both females were rude to the customer's waiting. But Marlin was so pleasant that we stayed. We come here every other Saturday. But not sure that I will be back due to the ladies way of handling been short staffed. Management needs to train their employees to handle been short staffed. Maybe Marlin should train those ladies. How you treat your customers is a reflection of the business success.
