Only 1 worker. Store not maintained & outdated. Looks run down inside. Barely any ice cream or donuts. Surprised it’s still running. Worker wasn’t welcoming. Gave a lady in front of me like 1/2 the amount of ice cream she was supposed to get. Didn’t tell me anything after I made my purchase then ran to the the drive thru window to help one car when there was a line of people inside. Location is good and they have a bunch of tables outside. Could be a good spot if they refurbished the store and had good service and items for purchase

Been repeatedly ignored upon walking in and waiting quietly at the counter for several minutes, despite at least one worker standing around, not doing a blessed thing. And after this morning, where the worker apparently couldn't tell the difference between vanilla frosted and chocolate frosted, I'm done with this one. Go drive the extra mile down the road to the one at 19090 Bruce B Downs Boulevard, where they actually have their act together.

I wish I could give them a 0 for their poor service, long waits, unprofessional staff, dirty station where they serve customers, and nasty food. They run out of food before 11:00 AM. No matter what Dunkin Donuts I go to, I leave frustrated.

Only think consistent here is the sweet tea. All the other specialty drinks never taste the same. I could order the same thing multiple times throughout the week and it’s made different

Just left from here and immediately regretted even going inside. The store is old, ran down and dirty and nasty 🤢 it's literally trash and garbage on the floor. And I'm saying to say this as I waiting 20 minutes for mediocre food and coffee I was able to really take a look at this place it's not even the works fault honestly Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed of themselves for having a rundown establishment and expect people to eat this crap. I will say to the manager she was nice enough to refund my money but I strongly feel like they may need to close this location and redo it because how they look sheeeesh

They had a good manager for about a year.Everything seemed to be great service was faster, orders were accurate.Now... this week i'm pretty sure she's gone because things have gone downhill. Orders wrong take out takes forever.
