After talking to Kristi (oversees stores)👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Customer service can be a hit or miss because people are human but I give a chance for recovery and complete MISS. I explained to her how extremely poorly I was treated at her store and the message I received was not only a low apology she basically told me it was my fault. Can you believe that? I’ve never been treated like this and I love Dunkin’ Donuts as convent as this location is, IM NEVER GOING BACK! Manager there is a bumble bee and the owner is a queen bee! If I don’t get a response - it proves my point. The pic is the latte they gave me when I wanted a turtle love latte. Smh

They have donuts, but dont expect milk or oj for your child, they have been out of that for a year or so. They often run out of things. Today they were out of boxes of joe. It was 730 am. If you can find a different donut place go there.
Vanilla cream donuts barely have any cream. They are dried out not fresh. Egg and cheese wraps are expensive, and don't taste good. They use to be 1.50 for 1 now the egg and cheese wraps are 3.00 for 1 and don't have a good taste.

Worst dunkin' I've been to. To make matters worse order was done wrong. Coffee was way to hot even drink. And the up charge you for everything. Service is horrible. Food luck warm but burn my tongue with boiling coffee.
