First waiting In drive through for 20 mins then came inside wondering what the hell and was greeted and I asked for coffee then waited another 20 mins I’m then asked the same guy that took my order about my coffee he said there making it then I see him walk over there and started to make it for me like really?!? This place is a joke there all talking to each other likes it’s a party and lot getting anything done! Sad when u have to go inside to wait again for one coffee.

Definitely an interesting visit. Communication is key for staff and it is lacking. No real greeting. More of take order and move on however if it will take time to make coffee for a reason maybe communicate that to the customer especially when it is low traffic. I under Some personal phone calls may be important but it appeared as though that takes precedent over the food and service. Coffee was drinkable but a little too sweet. Also, looked extremely empty on food. I hope not to the staffs fault. More of a note to whoever does ordering.

This place is charging doordash (online delivery services) prices even though you are pulling through the drivethru. Paid almost $8 for 3 fritters. Other locations it would be under $5. Find another location to go to.

Horrible, the worst service i have experienced in 50 years . The staff was so disrespectful after keeping me waiting at a drive through with no acknowledgement for 15 minutes . I was pressed for time as i had i meeting, so i pulled up to the window. Nobody paid attention as i sat there another 5 minutes. A female employee about 20 years old finally showed up at the window scolding me stating "did you order at the microphone box, " knowing full well they had not taken my order, because they were ignoring me. I answered stating " i have been waiting for 15 minutes with no service. She then responded rudely stating". We are short staffed and its Valentine's Day "but 1. I only witnessed one person inside the store ,and 1 car ahead of me and it took them at least over 5 minutes to serve him. Please never patronize this business because the service sucks and they will treat you badly. The way .....the way this employee with me being three times her age ...was beyond the pale.2. If you can't provide good customer service you don't need to come to workVegetarian options: This place sucks .fire everyone and start all over again. Interview to get quality employees and pay a decent wage... Training is important

Ordered a coffee in drive thru, got back to my office tried my coffee, watered down. I'm guessing they re-used coffee grounds for my water downed coffee

If I could remove stars I would for sure. Ordered 2 French vanilla cappuccino and got caramel swirl. By the taste and appearance they forgot to add the coffee. I had to go back through the drive thru to order a cup of plain black coffee to add to them myself. I ordered 3 sandwiches all over cooked and burnt, I ordered my littles munchkins and they gave me a bag of full sized donuts for the car behind me along with my munchkins. The lady at the drive thru got an attitude when I told her she gave me extra food told me to keep it bc I touched it. I asked for a reciept and was never given one.

Went to look for donut varieties.. Literally they had nothing notable.. Horrible.. Waited about 15 minutes.. Asked for donuts with white vanilla cream only donuts.. A dozen and they had 4 left.. No other donuts with white cream.. How awful is that.. This is at like 10 am.. In the morning.. What do they give for the rest of the day.
