Nine cars waited for service on christmas and the guy told us he would be with us in a minute but had us wait for 35 minutes and everyone left terrible service.

I've been going to this location for 2 years now and as of today I will stop. In the last few months their service has rapidly declined. Today we went at 10am to find a single car in line, the store was open. We waited for about 10 minutes at the speaker before deciding to drive to the location down the road to another location. We left because there was no answer or response while waiting there (we did ask if anyone was there). As we left and turned the corner of the drive-thru, we saw no cars at all at the window, so I cannot imagine what valid reason they had for absolutely ignoring a customer. Also wasps were hovering around the menu board and kept coming VERY close to my open window, very annoying as they clearly have an infestation.

Overall I would NOT recommend this location to anyone until they figure out how to at least acknowledge a customer if there's going to be a wait.

This by far is the worst dd around. The wait time inside and out is horrible and when you get your order its wrong. No time to get it right. Please hire better and more workers. This wait on the drive thru is min 15 mbts

I usually avoid this location because of the consistent bad customer service, lack of courtesy, poor food quality prep, slow service, and them always making everything wrong/burned/taste gross. Like how many ways can you ruin coffee and burn sandwiches?
However am posting due to having a rare exceptional experience with Chris on 8/19/25 who works evenings. He made everything perfect and was courteous… hoping he can get extra leadership Traning to become a manager here… thank you Chris hope you get employee of the month!!

A New standard for greed. You might find this hard to believe but it’s true. This location charges $.52 for a cup of water. Beyond disgusting pathetic.

I always come here because it's close to my job ,and I noticed that lately the place has been so much better!! Drive thru goes quickly, the staff has definitely brought their A game!! I asked the girl at the window what's different ? she said we got a new Manager so I asked to speak to the manager the sweetest,happiest woman came to the window .I told her whatever you're doing keep doing it. She smiled thanked me and said I hope I see you everyday !! I absolutely LOVE THIS DUNKIN!! And guess what Sharon (thats the manager) she now sees me everyday!! great job dunkin you got the right one running things the way they should be!! Thanks a million ! Sincerly ,your lifetime customer!!

I get the same order every single day. Today my food was cold and my drink had no cream, I asked them to fix it and they wouldn’t. Terrible service and poor management. How do you screw up so badly and not do anything to fix it?
