Dunkin'

I get the same order every single day. Today my food was cold and my drink had no cream, I asked them to fix it and they wouldn’t. Terrible service and poor management. How do you screw up so badly and not do anything to fix it?

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a sandwich that turned out to be half-frozen—a clear indication of either poor preparation or inadequate quality checks. To make matters worse, I had to repeat my coffee order six times because the staff seemed unable to comprehend the simplest instructions. Despite my patience, the order was still incorrect, and I ultimately had to drive off in frustration.

This lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable. Dunkin’ needs to invest in better training for their employees and improve their processes to ensure customers receive the quality and service they expect.

Horrible drive thru wait times and literally 2 cars in line and a 10 mnt wait no exaggerating. Not sure what the issues. And thisis a consistent problem

Came here for the avocado toast a few days back. I’m not some one who complains. And I’m never rude. Infact, this is the first bad review I’ve ever left. I was in the drive through for about 20 minutes all together, and I waited patiently. When I opened up the box, there was a puddle of clear liquid in the middle of my avocado toast and when I picked it up, it oozed down off of it. I’ll never come back to this location ever again. Be careful out there guys.

Save yourself the time and don’t go there. They have you wait so long just to give you coffee that tastes like water or one that tastes very old/burnt. Service is terrible.

Rude CSR named Blake. Could be heard talking about me out right rude. Will NEVER come back here! Be careful if you are standing reading the menu too close to the counter or waiting for your order.

I AM WORKING FOR UBER EATS AND EVERYTIME WHEN I GO TO PICK UP AN ORDER, THEY ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH THE DONUGHTS AND THE COFFEE MACHINE. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE CLOSE.

Unsure why I keep coming to this Dunkin. Customer service is always terrible, food and drinks are sloppy. Already 3x I’ve had issues with them either not having an item I ordered. Management here is worse than the staff. Save yourself and go to the Dunkin on Cross Creek, they are always friendly and helpful.

We came to this dunkin donuts to get breakfast. When we got up to the window after ordering right before we paid we asked if we could add a cup of water to our order. The lady said no... then we asked why. She pretty much said that they aren't allowed to do that once you already completed the order. You would have to get back in line and go all the way back through the drive-thru and place another order. So then I asked her if we could just do a separate order right here for the cup of water and she said no. Also they charge 50 cents for a cup of water. Then all we ordered was four turkey egg and cheese wraps and they are very small. It took forever. They asked us to pull up and wait for our food after we had already waited about 5 minutes at the pay window. We then said to them we should get a complimentary water since we had to wait so long. Which they refused. Then after pulling up to the line we had to wait an additional 8 minutes. The turkey wraps were cold and the turkey was dry and chewy. Terrible experience, food and customer service here. Save yourself the money and the bad service and go somewhere else.
