I walked up today and the girl was chatting with a guy. I waited a minute and realized she hadn't even processed the order for him yet and left me waiting without even acknowledging me. So I left as I was in a slight rush. Never going back.

I know it’s 2022 and no one wants to work thanks to the leadership we have in office but this place neglects walk ups so don’t try to enter the store and order they will neglect you and their only focus is on dive through. It’s terrible that they are overwhelmed with all these fancy coffee drinks and food items when they are short staff and can’t focus on all their clients.Here is an idea. Remove all the food and fancy drinks until you have enough employees to cater to those people and just serve things that are quicker and can be done while you have less employees at one time.

Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes and never even got to place my order before I drove off I have been here multiple times only because it’s close to my job and the service and wait is always horrible

It's 50/50 on if there is even anyone working when I go there. When there is, they are very nice, but I don't like planning on buying donuts for my coworkers and then no one is even there.

I have never left a google review before but felt obligated to for this Dunkin location. I pull into the drive though and order a bagel and coffee, was waiting there for about 12 minutes with no other cars either in front or behind me. But that’s not why I’m leaving this review, the bacon egg and cheese bagel looked absolutely disgusting and the coffee had small hairs all over and stuck to the lid and the cup. I am NEVER one to complain but I called up the restaurant after I pulled away and parked. The guy on the phone called me a liar and that what I was saying was impossible. I wasn’t trying to get free food or even a refund (I should have) I’d have absolutely no reason to call and make all of this up. Avoid the Dunkin at 110 E bearss unless you want gross food with questionable looking employees making it

Got off shift arrived at 8am for a large coffee and sugar. Guess what they are out of...this place always disappoints. Expect to wait a while even when no one is there!

Avoid this place if you can!!!! I ordered some bagels today and they asked me if I wanted them warm up and I said no!! Well …. these bagels are horrible hard, not fresh at all!!! No wonder why they want to warm them up!!! First and last time going there!! I had a bad vibes since I got there.
Not very good customer service. When ordering in drive thru you feel rushed when giving food/drink order. You can hear the other staff yelling in the background. Not like other Dunkin Donuts I've been.

Had a horrible experience at this Dunkin. The lady at the drive thru was very rude and cut off my friend every other word. I got a dubkin refresher and the cup was filled to the brim with ice. I took a couple sips and it was gone.

DK looks more cleaner, faster and better services with new manager named Julie it was ab time they changed manager... When old manager was there they used to open all late, restaurant looked like they never clean and sometimes rude
