Disappointed with the lack of attention to basic service details. Frustrating experience that should be easy to avoid.
I was handed an iced drink in the drive thru with no straw. What am I supposed to do during the entire car ride just stare at it?
I asked for a toasted bagel but there was nothing toasted about it, just an untoasted bagel.
The hash browns were placed at the bottom of the bag with everything else on top so they turned into a ball of mush.
On top of that the ketchup packets were soiled. That is careless and unsanitary.
When I asked for butter they acted like they could not spare any as if this small amount is enough for an entire bagel.
These are basic things that should not keep happening.

The customer service was excellent by the staff members working at the time. The staff very friendly helpful and our food and drinks were perfect. Order was quick and tasty

This is my doughnuts before I even touched them. Staff was nice but definitely didn’t expect a missing chunk out of my doughnuts. Would’ve went back but I was in a hurry but this was super annoying. I will check my food before I drive away next time.

This morning I came in like always on Saturday and the service of the front counter was very nasty. I asked for my milk in my coffee , I received and irritated look for that. Everyone else from drive through is receiving there order I'm still waiting. When I asked she checked slide my food on the counter, I asked for a bag the manager in the drive through, had a attitude as well!! If this is the service Im receiving when I am spending my money , I will no longer return. Also I always leave a tip!! Customer service is everything, they need re training in that area

Ordered from Uber Eats and they forgot a whole sandwich like how you forget a whole sandwich i could see a condiment and the other 2 sandwiches were burnt that I ordered.
I used to be a loyal customer, visiting this location regularly, but my experience on May 29th was beyond unacceptable. The staff were rude, rushed my order, didn’t provide a receipt, and ignored my concerns. Most disturbingly, after a few sips of my latte, I discovered a ROACH in the cup. I was horrified and felt sick for the rest of the day. Despite emailing and calling, I’ve only been told the issue is being “escalated” with no real response or resolution. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

I ordered a frozen green tea matcha and they did a very poor job of blending the drink. With only one car behind me, they asked me to park and for the delivery. You would think with the extra time they’d produce a good product. Never coming back to this location again.

Before the remodeling and all new staff, this location was the best. Had fun, energetic staff that knew how to make an impression and, most of all, great coffee! Now it's extremely hard to justify going here rather than starbucks a few miles away. 90% due to the staff just not knowing what they are doing. You now get milk with a dash of coffee or overcooked sandwiches... I'd say it's hit or miss, but it's mostly miss. Do better dunkin'. I miss the good ol days, where my boy Key was working the window with a smile and friendly attitude. Damn shame because the location looks so nice now 🤷🏻♂️

every time i go they’re in a rush to get everyone Gone but mess up every order , i went this morning and ordered a green tea add 7 pumps of liquid sugar - my drink tastes like unsweet tea! i went last week and ordered snackin bacon Fresh the boy that works there brought me out bacon SEASONED WITH BLACK PEPPER !!! i was furious , before that i asked for iced coffee french vanilla extra cream extra sugar they made it wrong so i had to go inside THEY TRIED ARGUING WITH ME ABOUT HOW IT TASTED INSTEAD OF JUST FIXING the issue , i go in the morning before work so its a HUGE inconvenience to leave them have to come back and this is only 3 different things ive come and been disappointed MULTIPLE times , im literally never going here AGAIN.

The Asian woman working is racist and my order is never correct when I come I’ve given this location a million tries and they never get it right. They need to get better managers because everything just seems so unorganized and chaotic like no one knows what to do. And don’t get me started on calling the store about complaints the managers will rush you off the phone or just won’t come to the phone at all. 0 stars.

They are so inconsistent. Sometimes bagels are toasted and sometimes they’re cold. Sometimes there’s a ton of cream cheese and sometimes there’s almost none. They were so much better before the renovation.
