This place only gets a five star because of Rona!! She’s efficient, communicates when there’s a hold, ALWAYS RESPECTFUL, and even remembers my order from years ago. She’s always on top of the workload even when it’s just her running the store, which is every-time I go in and see her! Shes the BEST employee this place has.

The Manager TEQILA Was HORRIBLE ! A RUDE Mess ! Then I’m Literally Standing At The Counter WAITING TO BE SERVICED & The Cashier’s Phone Rung. Instead Of Her Helping Me “Cause I Thought Customers Where A Priority” She Turns Answers Her Phone & Runs To The Back Of The Store. I was Scheduled For A Interview & The Manager Was So Nasty About It. & Every Time I Go In There They Have A Line Out The Door & 1 Person Working. I DONT KNOW BUT I WOULDNT RECOMMEND NOBODY GO TO THIS DUNKIN ! Just Go To A Real Dunkin Location Cause This Whole Lil Place Needs To Be Closed Or NEWLY STAFFED !! TEQILA NEEDS TO BE FIRED ! She Just Gives Dunkin A BAD LOOK !

as a Dasher Whose existence is never acknowledged Even when you don’t put the phone up to show them the order I would not come here as a customer if I can’t even receive good service as a Dasher and I hold all restaurants accountable to that And other Dashers should also take a note About how a company treats Dashers they don’t get service.

Some of the rudest, generally worst food service I've ever encountered. I try to be considerate of food service workers but holy crap
It took them more than 10 minutes to make a single cup of coffee (nothing special like a latte), and when I asked about it, two employee both began snapping and being rude. What a joke
Very rude order taker with attitude and she works Sunday at 12 pm. Will not buy here again.
