Lady named Ms. J if I remember correctly was very rude from the moment we got there and other customers too. I’m not asking her to pull a chair out for me or anything but if you’re snapping at us + giving us nasty looks for not remembering our order number because we accidentally threw away the receipt that’s just rude. Then there were some other girls there too and she was being rude to them too. Rest of the staff was fine it was just her

horrible and when i mean horrible i mean HORRIBLE i never write reviews but this girl was not it. I came in with my friend and ordered a pumpkin spice latte and said no kind of whip cream on top and i want it with oat milk she completely disregarded that and gave me whip and regular milk that i am horribly allergic too. I break out in hives all over my body and when i came back in to tell her she argued with me and told me i never said that and it’s my fault. if i could give this location 0 stars i could. And the drink is still nasty lol

This place is ghetto and employees work slow. A concerning situation, The unappealing black manager with glasses and dreads is very unprofessional. I was sitting at the table today 9:00 am and rested for a few minutes then someone comes knocking aggressively on the table. I did not get a warning to not do this. Their first warning: they choose to yell at me because I didn’t buy food yet and was laying my head on a carry on. They stopped doing their job - stood by the tables - to insult me loud enough for me to hear. It is expected since it’s fast food and their franchise isn’t busy / successful, that they take it out on customers. So beware of discrimination and envy here. Additionally, this manager did not want to provide her name because she knows her actions were not right.

I went on 2/10/23 in the morning around 9AM. The girls behind the counter at Dunkin Donuts were very sweet and work very efficently in the morning. I had some great coffee and a nice experience with the friendly workers.
