This Dunkin is okay in the mornings, but the afternoon/evening workers are awful. They haven’t had everything bagels for 7 days straight, they gave us two caffeinated coffees although we asked for decaf. This time they didn’t even bother saying they didn’t have everything bagels, they just replaced it with a plain one and didn’t even ask otherwise. What all day breakfast place doesn’t have everything bagels for a week straight? How do you possibly give 2 caffeinated coffees when my receipt says decaf? Learn to read blind ah jitts.

Probably the worst DD I've been to. Definitely charging people fraudulent prices. Was charged triple the price for the same order I placed the week before at another DD. The employees look like they just got out of jail or going to jail and are rude and don't speak. The food was still half frozen. I guess this franchise owner will hire anyone who needs a job.

It took about 5-10 minutes before someone took my order. I asked for a sausage and egg croissant NO CHEESE and some other stuff, they took 20+ minutes to actually get me everything i ordered and when it got there my croissant had cheese. I went back and returned it, waited 10 more minutes for them to give me another croissant and this one had bacon, egg, and once again cheese (I didn’t even get the right meat) I returned it once again to finally get my order right. It wasn’t the people who took my order, it was the people cooking it. The place is loud too. I recommend the blueberry muffin it was good, but the service was bad.
The food / coffee is always great and the staff are always friendly. The only issue is the orders aren't always correct so definitely double-check before driving away

The store is an okay .. bathroom is dirty ..the way they handle the food is not safe ..you can't handle food and touch money without a glove .I barely go by that store when I go I feel disgusted by the improper service that I get. The guy at cashier today had to ask our order three times and the service was bad . They need more proper service ..the manager seems not to care about the way you treat your customers .

This delicious drink with vitamins & caffeine! -I got the berry , she got the peach!!And the croissant sandwiches-So yummy!!Everything was clean& great service!

Terrible experience they just let your food sit behind the counter. Don’t even acknowledge that it’s ready or give it to you. Just keep grabbing new customers and let your food get cold as hell. Reminded me once again why I stopped coming!!
