Normally the drinks are pretty good, this time my drink felt rushed. Which I’m not sure why since I was the only one there. Didn’t get the syrup flavor in my drink even though I paid for it.. asked for light ice, they gave me extra… 2 sips and I’m basically done

I've stopped here 3 times this year and always a problem. Today they couldn't make a shake because the ice cream was to hard to scoop.

Awful service. The employees have no idea what they are doing and even laugh at customers. They need a manager that cares urgently.
Will never shop at this Dunkin again.

This dunkin’ has NEVER gotten my order right ONCE and i’ve came very often. Today I chose to circle back and let them know my order was completely wrong and the woman responded with “the drive thru didn’t let you know we didn’t have them?” no, they didn’t, and they chose what order they WANTED to give me instead. the employees must not have been trained customer service and they do not pay attention to detail. Ordering online ahead of time does not shorten how long you wait either. There has been times I have sat in this line for 20-30 minutes. please save yourself the hassle!

I went to dunkin on 12/01 at 11:28 and left at 11;53, explain to me why there was one car in front of me and all they ordered was smoothie. I have never seen this employee ever and I never want to again. She was rude and our food arrived to us cold. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make a smoothie

Sara at the drive through window is AWESOME. Her customer service in next level and doesn’t waver even when they’re really busy and people are mean to her. 🫶🏼

This is solely a review on “Jackie’s”poor management, I went today through the drive-thru and had an order for 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, 1 hashbrown, 35 munchkins and 2 whole donuts. While ordering there was no issue until the manager decided to step in and ask how many donuts we wanted and a ver nasty tone. We repeated and went to the drive-thru. At the window we are told our order wasn’t showing up. The poor employee then tries to help and takes the order again and repeats multiple times that he is sorry and that most if not all of them are new. The “manager” walks by and rudely asks him “yall gonna take these people’s order when you have car behind?!” And then left them, not once offering her staff help or guidance, just a nasty attitude. Another employee walks to the window and takes control of the situation and simply tells us to move further up and they would have our remaining drinks and food ready. We were waiting for too long, around 4 cars/orders behind us were already leaving, we decide to get down only to find another mess inside. The lady who took control of the situation tried her best to give us all our purchased items. Meanwhile Jackie, the “manager” is nowhere to be found but you can hear her agitating voice in the back. Jackie really needs to take some training on how to manage and do her job.

Waiting forever for one wrap and a small hot coffee, when they finally brought it to me the wrap was not even hot and the coffee was so bitter! Workers are rude and act inconvenienced when you go to make your order.

They have a new set of workers there now. The same people don't work there anymore. This has taken place last month I noticed. They do try their best while working and honestly aren't bad people but the coffee doesn't taste good anymore and every single time I go my order is wrong. (They do fix it, but still not the same dunkin I use to enjoy).

Ask for less ice and they’ll serve you 2-3 inches less of a drink. Ask for hot latte and you’ll get a cup full of foam and space. This is what $7.50 and less ice gets you here. Employee told me it’s bc I asked for less ice they left room.11/19/25 9:30am crew. Also they hold your receipts hostage I guess bc now I have no way to actually make a complaint.

This has been to be the slowest Dunkin in 4 counties. With 1 car in the drive thru the employees are more concerned with their cell phones then their customers waiting!! As well as adjustng those awful fake eye lashes. I avoided this store for a year but in that area today tried and what do you know Nothing CHANGED. Brutal location and service!!!!
