Worst dunkin experience and the manager has horrible customer service and so does the girl in the weekend she has horrible attitude when it comes to remakes and this isn't the first time a nother time I came there and ordered a ham and Swiss and was charged for a chicken bacon and I cookie cloud decar latte I got a regular latte and barley any cookie butter horrible customer service will never return in my opinion they need a while new manager based on how she spoke

BE WARNED DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FROM HERE. This store is beyond disgusting there is reports of using bleach by customers in their garbage and knowing they got reported to code enforcement a week ago THEY still FAILED an INSPECTION they had no Sanitizer or food safe cleaner for their dishes so even though they knew they were going to be inspected they still didn't care about your safety as a consumer be warned that means all the food trays and machines are not being cleaned with anything but water per CODE ENFORCEMENT they have been fined if you don't want to get sick avoid it at all costs

Don’t expect your dietary needs to be honored. They use regular coffee beans instead of espresso beans and charge you extra. Want decaf? No they’ll give you regular. Manager Kassandra is rude and absolutely volatile she has the management skills of a penguin. I’ve worked in hospitality several years, and this location would fail every single secret shop. Poor management, poor team, poor customer service.

Just wanted to share my latest Dunkin’ experience. The team working there was great and got my order exactly right, but the products themselves… not so much. The Boston Cream had barely any cream, and the jelly doughnut had almost no jelly. This seems to be the trend lately. Prices up, portions down. Classic shrinkflation.

Nothing against the staff, but the quality just isn’t what it used to be. Honestly, giving it three stars overall feels generous.

Sat at the drive through for over 5 minutes and no one responded. Then drove up to the window and saw 2 employees walking back and forth paying no attention without their headsets on. I’ve worked in multiple fast food places, i genuinely don’t understand how people can be this way and keep a job. Also the time I did get a coffee it was made with way too much milk and tasted bad.

I am not one to leave bad reviews but when I spend almost 20 bucks on a meal and get screwed it’s deserving. We ordered 2 wake me up hash brown wraps, loaded tater tots, and bacon egg and cheese croissant. We get home and we have 3 wraps (no croissant) don’t even know what happened to the sandwich because none of the wraps were even close to it. And the most pitiful looking loaded tots ever (picture added). I have no words…

This is my local Dunkin and every time I place online order and come to pick it up from the store. They tell me that they are missing three out of the four items that I ordered. Every single time without fail.

Should have kept driving. Order sausage egg and cheese croissant and hash browns, simple order. I get to work and I have a egg and cheese croissant with some missing hash browns. it not like they were busy. I was the only car there.

Super slow. In line for over 20 minutes for a $6 meal deal. And they still got the order wrong, I asked for the most basic thing. Ridiculous!
