Most of the time, I have a great experience here and they typically get my order right. However, a recent experience with a seemingly new employee I haven't seen before left me waiting at the second drive-through window for 45 minutes as she served other customers. I finally went inside and complained and she told me she would start on my order. So, they hadn't even started on my order, left me waiting for 45 minutes, and served other customers in the meantime. When I went inside, I asked for reimbursement and she refused, but gave me a dozen donuts and some munchkins for free. I will still come back since the good typically outweighs the bad.

Thought I take an extra couple minutes to get up early and get coffee and their new loaded tots today. A total waste of my time and money. The presentation of the tots, the four tots with cheese and one piece of bacon, the temperature of the tots. It was cold and old. It's like they made this meal last night. If you didn't want to come to work, call out. Everything was horrible and a waste of my time. I will not be returning. This is not the first time this location has done this. The customer service is horrible and it matches the food and drinks. Simply horrible! Store # 355802

I ordered an ice coffee. It already was a long wait. I get to the first windows there wasn't anyone there. As I get to the first windows the staff member went to the other window and started giving out their oorders to the people that ordered after me. 10 minutes of my time wasted.

This Dunkin’ Donuts had decent coffee, but the service was incredibly slow. Waiting so long for a simple order was frustrating, and it really took away from the usual quick and convenient experience.
This is the worst Dunkin. Wehn i told these people that my drink wasnt full she argued and said it was. I asked for the manager and he had the worst attitude and asked me if i had ever worked in food service i did for about 5 years of my life. What kind of a manager tried to give a customer a life lecture like that? Sir you dont know me and the “attitude “ you said wasnt needed is my speaking voice.
Today is 8/22 and i went back there and i ordered a smores coldbrew and an espresso. The coffee taste burnt the drink was made wrong and doesnt taste like it has any flavor in it besides burnt cofee and milk.
