I’ve been coming to the Dunkin’ Donuts for years as it’s right down the street but in the last few months, something has changed and it has been exceptionally great service. Every time I come through the drive-through, the women are extremely friendly, today I went inside and everyone was just so nice and it’s a breath of fresh air compared to Other fast food Chains and even restaurants with servers. Very sweet all of them today so I just wanted to give the staff a little shout out. Alex, Iris, Jermaine, Jomil, and Ricky were are so friendly and helpful. They are working hard and not just standing around. To some of the people who left negative comments, maybe you were the problem. Thanks Dunkin Satff!!!

There are so many Dunkin's in the Tampa area, so not a challenge finding one when you need one, though many / most leave you wanting more after you leave... Today I was in central Tampa near my office, and I searched for a 'Dunkin' near me' before I headed out on appointments. There were like 4 or 5 within a convenient drive, but sadly most of them have Google reviews that average in the 3's. I remembered this one here on Armenia from coming by a couple times in the last 6 months. It was a little out of my way, but I recalled that this one was neat and clean (and remodeled), and the customer service had been on point. And most importantly the food was hot and fresh. Once again, it didn't disappoint this time. Instead of the drive-thru, I came inside as I had a bit of time to kill. It's nice and open and modern inside. I was greeted immediately by Iris (and with a smile nonetheless). She helped me efficiently and personably, and my cold brew, sausage egg and cheese, and hash browns were freshly made and delicious! I'm particular with my coffee, too, as I only like a splash of cream and only 2 squirts of caramel, and she made it perfectly! I sat and relaxed in the quiet and cozy atmosphere and got some emails done. Thank you, Armenia Dunkin', for a rare bright spot on a nornally hectic Monday morning! This location should have a higher Google rating than it does. To me it stands above the others in the area! I'll gladly go out of my way again to come back!

Don’t like this Dunkin at all. Every single time I’ve tried to go to the drive through I sit there and no one acknowledge me. So just drive a lil bit further to the one on Kennedy they have way better customer service.

The only thing this place has left going for themselves is the blueberry munchkins and even then you gotta deal with the nasty/rude staff that waddles around and acts like they’re working. Literally went in there for a 5 count of munchkins and it took them over 10 minutes (while working at the pace of molasses on other orders) to pick out of the glass casing. I normally am not one to complain about something like this but the way they acted like i had no business being there really dis shoveled me. Wont be coming back to this particular location!

Stopped in the drive thru this morning (6:19 am) and attempted to place an order for two items. While ordering the Asst Manager (Anita) began to talk over me while I was speaking and placing my order. I also asked if she could give me a few minutes while I determine what flavor I wanted in my Macchiato (as she seemed very pushy and rude, with no other car being in the drive thru besides my suv). She rudely began to list the flavors with a nasty tone that I could choose from. I abruptly interrupted her to explain that the flavors are listed on the menu and please give me a few moments as I previously asked . POV: if you do not like your job then leave ! Customers DO NOT have to patronize or support your store . It is too early in the morning to be a GROUCH. Ty
