The staff members, including Ninfa (who recently switched to manage at a different location), Kasey, Steve, and all of the staff, at the Armenia location, are all friendly and welcoming. Ninfa must have trained them because of their impeccable knowledge of the menu!

The girls working at the drive-thru were so sweet, I’ve been having a rough week and them being so kind to me this morning was touching. Ordered 2 of the same sandwich and got home and one of them didn’t have the egg in the sandwich. Just cheese and bacon. They’re the same sandwich… I tried to call and someone just answered the phone laughing and then hung up on me.

I used to go the DD in Ohio Springfield and I always love their service and politeness. Recently moved to Tampa and I've been there to order some drinks. Firstly, nobody greeted us when we arrived. Secondly, mine was a hot latte signature pumpkin caramel and mind you the lady only put milk with the caramel in my cup. Not an inch of coffee. I just threw it away once at home. Even though we ordered 5 drinks they just left them on the counter without any bag or box to put them. Had to wait over 5 minutes until one of them decided to provide a coffee holder to us
