I keep giving this place a chance. Everytime disappointed. They really need to change.
I ordered 4 bagels all toasted with cream cheese but one with butter. Non of them are toasted just slapped on with wayyyyy too much cream cheese and a dripping amount of butter with non of them toasted.
This was my last time here. Waste of money and time.
This Dunkin needs help. Iāve been coming here a few years. I moved further away but my kids go to school over here. Iāve even worked from here. First thing to note is the serious sewage smell coming from inside here. Im now convinced the old Sheldon n Waters smell was just this Dunkin. As soon as you walk in u get hit with it. Also to note the staff are having too many loud conversations. Like Iām a loud obnoxious girl sometimes. But not at work guys. Thats not everyoneās cup of tea. Also the floors are sticky. Like have always been sticky.

I rarely leave a review for anything.. but this place is TERRIBLE! Horrible customer service. Rude, obnoxious staff. Even the manager is awful (Jenna). I was so upset by the attitude I didn't even want the donuts I bought. Everyone I came into contact with had a bad attitude and they all acted like I was wasting their time. I will never go back. Avoid this location at all costs.

Clean store, fast service, and the friendliest team! The general manager, Naya, went above and beyondāso kind, welcoming, and made my visit extra special. Highly recommend this Dunkin!
love the food, and the manager i think, is good and always keeping things going it looks like, and the girl that was pregnant and came back to work! WOW! sheās a hard worker and always making my visit pleasant:)

This particular DD is located in a traditionally Hispanic community. On separate visits I ordered a hot latte w/sugar, and on second visit a hot cappuccino with sugar. Each time the clerk said that was a cafe con leche. I chuckled under my breath and said ok. A latte and a cappuccino start differently but somehow end up the same

Went in to order a dozen donuts, but got a full-blown reality show instead. An employee was blasting music from their phone in the lobby, then a screaming match broke out in the backācomplete with thrown objects and a symphony of cuss words. The drama even spilled outside! Guysā¦ itās Dunkinānot a WWE match. Yall donāt get paid enough to be this worked up. This place desperately needs better management

There was a guy there today very rude when I asked if I could have my coffee corrected told me he would have to recharge me to remake a drink and if It would sit right with me if he threw the coffee that was made wrong away I said sure then when it was remade and I walked away he started being unprofessional tried calling to speak to manager all I got was the answering machine the girl was nice though
