Started coming to this dunkin' due to the one close by my house not doing too well.. The staff at this location haven't disappointed! They always get our orders right, the food and drinks taste perfect, every time!
This is one of the worst Dunkin locations in the area. The staff here is super rude, and always insists on making you pull around from the drive through regardless of how simple or small your order is, even when nobody is behind you. the lady today was very rude, and of course my order was wrong. again. I would recommend finding another location.

ew, just ew. ima give you 2 (or more) reasons why this is the worst dunkin in Florida, 1)my mom went here (actually she used to come here all to time before dropping me off of school) one day we went inside , trashy, and this worker . (btw my mom is cuban so when she speaks in English she has a accent) she asks for our order, but then this workers talks in Spanish, but then my mom said that she didn't want to speak in Spanish (because most of the time they understand her in her accent. but the worker keeps talking in Spanish , like she said she didn't wanna speak in Spanish. 2) trashy place, straw paper on the floor, DUST, YES DUST, and I swear me and my mom saw spider webs and a spider on it, we asked the worker if people cleaned the place and she just screams, and I quote , "WE DO CLEAN THIS PLACE WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAYYYY?!!!!!!!". 3) sometimes I (used) to go in the drive though and I order a box with strawberry donuts they give me a combo with different donuts , and no strawberry. in my sakes you shouldn't come here

I love Dunkin donuts don't get me wrong. However, this is the worst Dunkin' donuts. The service is terrible. Every time I have gone here they have messed up my order and have been rude. They are also the slowest moving Dunkin ever. Just drive the extra couple miles and go to the next Dunkin'

Worst dunkin i’ve been to. This dunkin used to have great customer service and now it seems like they’re all new. They don’t greet you at the door when they see you there and don't even tell you to give them a few minutes… there’s a girl that is rude to the customers (red hair, lashes, long nails, and speaks like she’s from ny) I went through the drive thru today and she quickly read my order in a rude way and didn’t ask if i wanted anything else. Also my food was burnt and the cheese was cold?? As a person that works in the food industry this place needs training!!!! LOL

When you go thru the drive thru ask for Gigi amasing love her friendly and helpful.
I've reviewed before but it's worth it to tell you again... Kudos to Demario!! I'm extremely picky about my food and I don't come to DD as often because I'm trying to lose a few extra pounds. But when I do, I go right past the closest DD to me because they always mess up my order. Not here tho because this location has Demario and he gives attention to detail! Ty Demario! There are two closer locations but I come here Micaela is great here too!!! Love the customer service and the ambiance!!

I’m sorry but this location sucks worked here for a day and literally would never show up ever again walked in and smells like piss and old water sewage never worked for a company that disorganized their manager rude as hell with an attitude their supervisor doesn’t seem to understand this store has issues with keeping people I would never come back here and spend my money here again after how rude employees are here and they seem to do drugs so I try to stay away from that I was warned before working here and got cursed not to even show up this is the dunkin everyone complains about I don’t recommend anyone coming and spending a dime here at all not a good atmosphere I hope this location can get better but obviously not cause all Dunkin’s suck period and if I don’t let my word out no one will understand but it really pissed me off how I was mistreated on my first day here don’t work here or order here it’s like not worth it at all.

I used to come here. Never again will I be going. I always get a large refresher with no ice, because ice hurts my teeth. I pay $5 for it, which is already ridiculous if I’m honest. And now they won’t even fill it up all the way. Even when I offered to pay more, which is again absolutely ridiculous. I’m paying for a large drink, there should NOT be any issue filling it up all the way. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. $5 is way too much for a drink you won’t even fill. I never have this problem anywhere else.

OMG! I stopped going to this location because my coffee was consistently watery & I attempted to go back & give them another chance, 6 weeks later. Unfortunately I went there this morning & they attempted to charge me $3.75 for an extra large black coffee!!! We aren't at the airport & 1 mile down the road are 2 other Dunkin's that charge $3.52 Not sure what's going on but that Dunkin on Waters definitely doesn't represent Dunkin very well AT ALL!
