Whatever you do do not go through drive-thru. They refuse to take more than one order at a time, so the line gets backed up into the frontage road.

I have been coming here the last couple of weeks. The ladies there are always busy but also very nice and usually have my stuff out pretty fast with them being so busy.

Laziest group of people ever. everytime I order something simple it’s never done or done right. always get the opposite of how I ordered it. so lazy and incompetent. And I live right down the street so I go here a lot and it’s always the same. Too lazy to toast a bagel to lazy to cook bacon too lazy to make a coffee right, hash browns always old and hard. Just horrible service every time.

The location was not particularly busy. We ordered coffee with cream, some munchkins and a grilled cheese. We got the coffee but no cream, the munchkins were half out of the options listed, and they forgot the grilled cheese. They did fix the order but the service was "eh" at best.

The drive thru gentleman only knows Spanish order was not correct. We told him many times it's was a mobile order with one apple cider and one maple instead he gave us two maples. Overall, dunkin needs have english speaking workers. This is an English speaking area predominantly. Ultimately we tried retelling him our order but he looked at us confused so we just left with the wrong order . VERY DISAPPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION. Same problem from the past couple of visits

I normally online order my doughnuts. I choose the option “Frosted Vanilla Cream” which is the Headlight doughnuts (chocolate frosting on top with vanilla cream inside). WHY do they always give me the Powdered vanilla with vanilla cream inside doughnuts? Is this a training issue? I need to either go inside or check the bag at drive through before I leave. I go in and ask for a dozen donuts, a frozen hot chocolate and a frozen caramel coffee. They offered me a dozen donuts that were already boxed up, like someone didn’t take them. Um, no thx. When I got the coffee it looked different so I tasted it, not the same. Not terrible, definitely drinkable. I question this. Her answer was that they got a new ice machine and no one has shown her how to use it yet. The other girl was watching her and looked like she was trying to learn too. No one else there to ask. Both were very nice but I think training on new equipment should be mandatory. I live in MD, but have been here for the past month. I’ve contributed over $100 to that store since I’ve been here. It’s close to home and my grandkids love their donuts. It’s a Sat evening and no one else is there while I’m waiting for my order. I was in the store (by myself) and it took 20 minutes to get my order. The girls tried, I believe this to be a Management issue. Enough said! ?

I got three donuts. They were all stale and then we waited for our drinks. I got no ice in mine and it was spilled up. Not even 3/4 of the way and it was a dragon fruit refresher. Usually they're medium pink because I get them three to four times a week so I know what they look like and taste like I got it with green tea like always. It tasted like green tea fully and the color of it was like a yellowish red and it was disgusting. It had no flavor and we got coffee. The entire thing was ice. There was probably like five sips with no sugar. Dunkin do better I always go to Dunkin you just ruined my experience wish I could try again but you're terrible

I came through the drive through for a sourdough breakfast sandwich asked for sausage and paid for extra sausage and did not receive it. Had to go back around, then I park and eat my sandwich. And as I'm eating my sandwich, I'm about to eat a hash brown and there's hair on it. Mind you the whole time, The staff had an attitude except for the young lady in the drive-thru. Horrible horrible service.

Ordered from here and had three separate delivery drivers cancel on me. The fourth told me they told him my order had been picked up and refused to make it for them. Tried to call with no luck. It doesnt make any sense their employee didnt get confirmation of the delivery and when i complain to doordash they arent going to get paid for this. Ordering my ice coffee and hashbrowns is my tuesday tradition or it was
