Customer service here is severely lacking. No hello when I walked in.. barely any acknowledgement when I ordered. No attitudes this time, but very lackluster service from the two girls working the Tuesday afternoon shift.

Went to place an order at the drive through and whoever took my order was extremely impatient. I got one drink ordered and she was telling me to pull forward, and preceded to do this after each item I ordered. The service at the window was not any better, said hello to the person no response from them, said I didn't order a drink when it was clearly on my receipt, thanked the person and yet no response again. If you hire somebody for customer service make sure they are willing to provide it.

This Dunkin' Donuts (at 12181 W Hillsborough Avenue near Countryway Blvd) is terrible. It seems like an outpost where they get their food once a week. You can use the donuts as frisbees they are so hard. This is not based on one visit; I have been there a few times because it's convenient to my home. I always think perhaps I caught them on a bad day, but every time the donuts are hard and stall. They also only carry a few varieties.
Hit or miss on the coffee, but waaaaaay better than Starbucks.
