My friend went through the drive-through while I went inside. She ordered loaded hashbrowns and received only a couple of hashbrowns covered in an excessive amount of cheese sauce, with no bacon. When she went back through the drive-through to ask about it, the woman working there stated that there was no bacon and claimed that “the whole point of loaded hashbrowns is the cheese,” which was inaccurate.
While this was happening, I was inside ordering the same item. I watched the same employee place my hashbrowns in the oven, then proceed to take and complete two other orders for drive-through customers. My hashbrowns were removed from the oven and left sitting out for about 10 minutes, getting cold.
I eventually spoke to a manager and explained that I had been waiting for quite some time. The manager was very helpful and immediately remade my hashbrowns with bacon, which directly contradicted what the drive-through employee had said about bacon not being available. The fresh hashbrowns were delicious, and I appreciated that the manager chose not to serve food that had been sitting out and getting cold.
While I’m grateful for the manager’s professionalism and assistance, the behavior and misinformation from the drive-through employee were frustrating and unacceptable.

If I could give a zero, I would. I waited at least five minutes and no one came to the front to take my order. I called several times and phone was busy but I could hear someone washing dishes. I called out several times... nothing.

Was craving an egg, bacon snd cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning. Got the sourdough sandwich. Sadly, you can’t even taste the bacon or cheese. It’s mostly egg and hardly any bacon. If it has 2 eggs on it people, don’t you think it needs more bacon to even out the flavors?
First time trying today around 3:30 as I just started job 2 blocks away. Drive through employee was like talking with no one, I waited for him say okay or is that all to confirm my order. Nope, just waited until he finally said pull around. Ordered bagel egg bacon cheese and hash browns. I got 7 hash browns/tater tots. I thought some fell into the bottom ofbthe bag. Nope. Bagel had 2 little pieces of bacon. Absolutely horrible. The owner of this place seems to like your money but not your satisfaction.

Dunkin can be a hit or miss, but this location is ALWAYS a hit. The staff is so friendly and quick with orders. My drink order has never once been wrong, and I go here multiple times a week for more than a year. They're incredible!

Absolutely filthy. Walked in and waited at least five minutes for someone to appear. The store was empty. Looked like nobody was working there. Tables were disgusting, garbage on the counters. Yelled out a couple times to see if someone was working there. Eventually three girls came out from the back. Considering how empty it was, how do you not have time to clean it? Seems to happen anytime the manager is not working.
