Worst service I've ever seen. They dont listen at all to the order. We ended up canceling because she completely rang up something different order. Then when we tried to correct it she was like hold i need someone else to do this. Extremely rude. They need to hire people who actually care to serve customers.

I go to this location almost everyday and online order before school. Everyone is always so kind even when the drive thru line is long. Sometimes I bring my dog with me and they are always so nice to her and talk about how cute she is when I get her a pup cup (even though she barks so loud at them). My food and drinks are always so good and I’ve never had a bad experience. The guy with the long hair and an accent is always so nice with my dog and asks questions about her

I used to get coffee from this location every day, sometimes twice a day. Recently they installed a new tap system that some Dunkin’s have, and now their iced coffee is unfortunately un-drinkable. Every Dunkin that has a tap system has ruined their coffee. I don’t know why Dunkin Donut locations continue to install these tap systems. It makes at least the iced coffee taste so bad. I haven’t been to this location since.
The staff is actually very friendly. Probably one of the only drive thru I've been to that actually says "you're welcome" when you thank them for taking your order. I applaud you for this.....HOWEVER, there should be no reason that your old fashion donuts are wrinkled, dry, and stale. I've gone to MANY Dunkins and not all, but most have large fluffy old fashions. Do better, especially for the neighborhood you're in. The wait time is slim to none. On a side note, the new chipotle wrap and chicken wrap are actually very tasty! I would recommend these for sure!
