First time trying today around 3:30 as I just started job 2 blocks away. Drive through employee was like talking with no one, I waited for him say okay or is that all to confirm my order. Nope, just waited until he finally said pull around. Ordered bagel egg bacon cheese and hash browns. I got 7 hash browns/tater tots. I thought some fell into the bottom ofbthe bag. Nope. Bagel had 2 little pieces of bacon. Absolutely horrible. The owner of this place seems to like your money but not your satisfaction.

Dunkin can be a hit or miss, but this location is ALWAYS a hit. The staff is so friendly and quick with orders. My drink order has never once been wrong, and I go here multiple times a week for more than a year. They're incredible!

Absolutely filthy. Walked in and waited at least five minutes for someone to appear. The store was empty. Looked like nobody was working there. Tables were disgusting, garbage on the counters. Yelled out a couple times to see if someone was working there. Eventually three girls came out from the back. Considering how empty it was, how do you not have time to clean it? Seems to happen anytime the manager is not working.

It’s 6:30 in the morning on Valentines Day 2025 and I’m on my way to work. I need a coffee. I didn’t know dunkin was open at 5 o’clock bless them. The lady that served me was cheery, polite, patient and not smarmy. She called me maa’m. I’m nearly 70 so addresses like honey, sugar, sweetie do not go down well with me when I am being served by someone who is young enough to be my granddaughter. It was quick, I guess not too many people were being served as early as 630 but I found it most enjoyable and wanted to say so. Thank you lady who served me on Valentine’s Day. 2025. (this is a late review because somehow I posted it on Mister Windows review page LOL-and then they thanked me for such a great review!🤦🏻♀️)

Young gentleman behind counter was Great! An Asset to this Dunkin location!! I forgot to ask him his name. I was hanging out for awhile after dropping my granddaughter off next door for her dance lesson. While drinking my iced tea I chatted with the gentleman who helped me.

This place is not good at all! They are always out of most of doughnuts flavors! Last time this happened, It was 12 pm when I went to buy a simple Boston kreme and they said that they were out of it. So I asked when would they be making more!? They said only at the next day!!! What??? How can you have a donut shop opened when you don't have most of the donuts to sell your customers!!?!!

Worst service I've ever seen. They dont listen at all to the order. We ended up canceling because she completely rang up something different order. Then when we tried to correct it she was like hold i need someone else to do this. Extremely rude. They need to hire people who actually care to serve customers.
