I go to this location almost everyday and online order before school. Everyone is always so kind even when the drive thru line is long. Sometimes I bring my dog with me and they are always so nice to her and talk about how cute she is when I get her a pup cup (even though she barks so loud at them). My food and drinks are always so good and I’ve never had a bad experience. The guy with the long hair and an accent is always so nice with my dog and asks questions about her
The staff is actually very friendly. Probably one of the only drive thru I've been to that actually says "you're welcome" when you thank them for taking your order. I applaud you for this.....HOWEVER, there should be no reason that your old fashion donuts are wrinkled, dry, and stale. I've gone to MANY Dunkins and not all, but most have large fluffy old fashions. Do better, especially for the neighborhood you're in. The wait time is slim to none....
The staff is great and the customer service great and bubbly. Makes the drinks all that more tasty ? got a nice cup ? from here. Mostly all the time stocked with nice things. And the drink I ordered was off the chain ⛓️! ??
