Just had an amazing experience at the stadium Dunkin' Donuts in Tampa. I didn't catch her name, the lady with the short twisties and glasses is a sweetheart and she deserves recognition.

Can I give a zero. They messed up order 3 times , cold food got yelled at then cursed at by the staff for their mistakes. The line got so long they were yelling at the other people waiting in line. They need to train on customer service and how to make the food so it’s not cold. After made the second time it was still cold. Part of their issue is the speaker is so bad in the drive thru and then the Ac compressor running you can’t hear a word. This still doesn’t excuse bad service and not providing what is customer orders. So sad as I like Dunkin. The bright side is my coffee was made correctly.

The kiosk is halfway broken and really irritating to use. The girls that work here seem like they hate their jobs and refuse to even say a good morning or welcome in they don’t even talk to you. Coffee is always good environment sucks won’t be a first option next time.
The employees from august to January were so nice and friendly. Quick service every morning

Standing here watch them clean everything, wait on 10 people in the drive thru. All I ordered was 2 donuts at the kiosk, they even served the guy behind me his coffee instead of getting my donuts after he ordered after me. I'm literally staring at the donuts waiting while they make 5 more coffees... they're also being rude to people in the drive thru over the intercom. Clearly this place needs better management. Will not be back. Ever

It’s costing nearly two dollars for a tiny dried out little donut and there is one person working there alone to handle two windows. Very difficult to do. Feel sorry for the lady as she’s trying her best. It’s not a good donut shop. Not anymore.

One of the best places for hot chocolate drinks. It's located inside the 7 11 gas station. Couple of people in there are pretty polite when it comes to service. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you. 🙂
